STATIONS
High gas pressure regulating stations were designed for gas pressure reducing from high to
lower value determined by clients. High gas pressure reducing-metering stations were
designed for both gas pressure reducing and gas flow metering.
The range of inlet pressure: 0.4 10.0 MPa
The range of outlet pressure: arbitrary
In the range of foregoing pressures we construct stations of arbitrary flow capacities and
various configurations: in locker, in brick building or without locker. Standard stations are
built in two- or multi-line configuration. The one of line is the reserve line. The reserve line
as well as working lines have 100% of stations flow capacity. The reserve line secures
working of the station and supply with gas in the amount equal to maximum flow capacity of
the station, when working lines are turned off.
Standard configurations of lines reduce high pressure:
The line is made up of slam-shut valve and pressure regulator with a built-in slam-shut valve.
The line is made up of slam-shut valve, pressure regulator-passive controller, and main
pressure regulator.

Meter systems meet internal standards PGNiG: Pomiary paliw gazowych. These systems are
equipped with the highest-quality measuring devices, i.e. a rotor gas meters made by
Canadian ROMET Ltd. Company, a turbine gas meters made by our company under
American EQUMETER Companys licence, and a electronic gas volume correctors made by
ALSI. The electronic gas volume corrector converts measured gas flow to the standard
conditions and it telemetrically transmits data provided information on operating conditions
and the amount of transferred gas. We install other manufacturers devices on request.
