Managed the design, procurement, construction, and testing of subsea manifolds, tie-in skids, flow line end
terminations, jumpers, suction piles, and associated tooling for offshore development projects.
Lead the internal Cameron project team (designers, engineers, project coordinators, schedulers, buyers,
accountants, shop personnel, field service techs) on a daily basis.
Coordinated the delivery of system components from multiple Cameron manufacturing facilities (Leeds,
England; Aberdeen, Scotland; Celle, Germany; Berwick, Louisiana).
Managed the work scope for 3rd party contractors.
Interacted with the client's project team (based in Camerons Houston office) on a daily basis.
Prepared weekly and monthly status reports for client and internal management.
Prepared monthly financial reports for internal management.
Created, processed, and tracked change orders.

coordinating the delivery of all system components to Melbourne for final assembly and testing
