ANTISTATIC (ESD) RUBBER MAT

ESD Safe Rubber Mat is also known as the Two Layer ESD Mat or Green Mat or Conductive Rubber Mat EPA Working Mat
ESD Rubber mat has Static Dissipative top rubber layer laminated to a conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of top
layer is 107 - 109 and bottom layer is 103 105. Meets ESD-D-412 standards .Material offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and
most common solvent. ESD Rubber mat has resistant to 2400 F (116 deg C).

The static dissipative top layer is designed to discharge static fields at the right speed to prevent damage. The conductive bottom
layer of the ESD Rubber Mat is designed to quickly drain all the charges filtered by the top layer to the ground. The ESD Rubber
Mat does not melt and does not burn coming into contact with hot metal parts or soldering debris. This ESD Table Mat is ideal for
table top applications and comes with a ground cord so you can have your work space setup and ESD safe within seconds.

With snap connector, ground cord, banana plug, Crocodile plug

-This standard ground lead-kit comprises of a t straight polyurethane cord, star kit (UFO), 14mm snap cap, banana plug and an
alligator clip. 1 Meg-ohm safety resistor is securely crimped by a steel fastener in the PVC-molded 14mm snap cap. The star kit
is fitted onto the table mat and the ground lead grounded to earth.
