Sitcomfortablyonachair.Rubyourhandstogetheruntiltheyfeelwarm.Close
youreyesandcoverthemlightlywithyourcuppedpalms.Avoidapplyingpressure
toyoureyeballs.Yournoseshouldnotbecovered.Makesurenolightrayscanenter
youreyesthoughgapsbetweenyourfingersortheedgesofyourpalmsandnose.You
maystillseeotherlingeringtracesofcolors.Imaginedeepblacknessandfocusonit.
Takedeepbreathsslowlyandevenlywhilethinkingofsomehappyincident,orvisualize
adistantscene.Afteryouseenothingbutblackness,removeyourpalmsfromyour
eyes.Repeatthepalmingfor3minutesormore.
Closeyoureyestightlyfor35seconds.Openthemfor35seconds.Repeat7
Massageyoureyes.
