Procedure
Students will verbally summarize their
previous class activity content and they will
talk about their hobbies, their daily
activities e.g. What do they do before going
to school, or during the weekend?
The teacher will show the students some
sentences in the Present Simple tense with
mistakes, and everyone will point out the
mistakes and the teacher will explain them.
In this way, the teacher will introduce the
presentation about the class topic.
The teacher will show the Present Simple
tense structure and explain the exception
rules for the third person.

Students will be given a page: Are you the

These tools can be used by the teacher to share the content learned in class in order for
students to go through it to refresh their knowledge and to do the activities proposed
again outside of the classroom. The tools explained the content about present simple and
some ways to practice it and to generate a collaborative environment. Everyone can learn
from mistakes. The main resource of class preparation is the topics shared by the students
in the classroom but motivated by the teacher correcting grammatical mistakes through
activities.
I find more useful the audio presentation in SlideBoom because it explains the theory of
the topic seen in class which is the need we want to fulfill and we want the students to
have meaningful learning experience from interacting with others in cooperative learning.
Giving answer examples to the students is very useful because they can see different ways
of saying things that they would like to say.
These presentations can be also useful for other teachers as a lesson plan idea for sharing
the explained content in class using a Web 2.0 tool such us SlideBoom, SlideSharing,
Scribd, or Youtube.
