QUALITY LEADER FOR 9 YEARS RUNNING
For the ninth consecutive year, Renault Samsung Motors has been ranked
quality leader on the South Korean market:
No.1 for Initial Quality
No.1 for Marketability
No.1 for Sales
No.1 for After Sales
No.1 for Quality Stress
No.1 for Customer Satisfaction
In a particularly demanding market in terms of both product quality and services,
these excellent results once again bear out the brand's performance and reward
its considerable efforts.

In the land of morning calm, Renault Samsung Motors' philosophy is 'never compromise on
quality'. Firmly focused on customers and service, the brand's policy is continuing to bear fruit.
For the ninth year running, the extensive annual survey held by Marketing Insight has ranked
Renault Samsung Motors number one for quality on the South Korean market.
Marketing Insight's study assessed the degree of satisfaction of more than 106,000 customers
or people intending to buy through a questionnaire on eight items divided into three categories:

product quality (Initial Quality Reliability Design Marketability)

service quality (Sales - After-sales)

customer satisfaction (Stress Overall satisfaction)

Overall, Renault Samsung Motors is quality leader on the South Korean market. In retail, the
brand is ranked first in six out of eight categories.

When South Korean customers buy a Renault Samsung Motors vehicle, they can rest assured
that they will have a high-quality, stress-free vehicle with which they will be completely satisfied.
They can also be sure that they will receive top-quality sales and after-sales service.
When asked about these good results, Jean-Marie Hurtiger, Chairman and Managing Director

out a large-scale survey questioning more than 100,000 respondents every year since 2002.
The results of this survey demonstrate the quality of Korean car manufacturers. Marketing
