Operations Manager - Involved with the start-up of an existing company who expanded
its operations to a new region.
Along with the terminal manager we were responsible for renovating,
instituting sales, hiring capable staff, and establishing all the logistics
involved in operations of a new business location.
Actively specialize in pricing daily freight orders in a competitive market.
Primarily responsible, as a member of Senior Management, in relaying
company policies and objectives to key employees.

2005-2006 DAYTON FREIGHT


Load Planner - Responsible for aligning freight bills for out bound delivery throughout
the state of Kentucky.
Responsible for effectively arranging placement of freight onto truck to
guarantee on time delivery.

the sales process and delivery.

1990-2005 AVERITT EXPRESS

company. Also, responsible for the complete supervision of inbound Cincinnati

Excel, and Outlook. Extensive applications with AE400 Corporate Planning Systems and
various additional scanning systems.

ADDITIONAL INTERESTS

Also, in addition to working a professional career, operate a working 101 acre farm for the
last 25 years.
Member of the American Quarter Horse Association and experienced
horsemanship.
Familiar with extensive type of machinery associated with a working farm.
Wide-ranged understanding of raising crops including corn, hay, vegetables,
tobacco and various other food stuffs.
Supervised and planning of crew management to raise over 40 acres of
highly intensive tobacco crop and 30 head of cattle.
Currently involved with raising and breeding horses, mules, and miniature
donkeys.
