Store Reset Team Lead

Lead a team of 5-15 specialists whose function was to reset designated sections of western
Washington Safeway stores on a four-week cycle.
Duties during the reset included assigning merchandisers and team members to their work
sections, ensuring schematics were followed, managing time allowed for reset, and
obtaining store management sign off for completed work.
Additional duties involved checking that all item codes used were verified, correct store
specific schematics were used, and working with the stores POS department to insure
correct tags were produced for all new items being introduced into the set.
Duties after reset involved checking and transmitting all team member time sheet, totaling
all category hours used, writing and transmitting completion reports, and faxing all store
sign offs to home office.
Met with Seattle Division lead once per cycle to plan following cycle resets. All other
