CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Executed a site turnaround. Customer service had bottomed out at 58% after a new operation was introduced. Was recruited to
instill standards into the engineering and maintenance departments. With support and efforts of entire focused team, we were able
to improve customer service metric to 98% in 4 months time and it has sustained those levels for past 3 years. (Sherwin Williams)
Accelerated complex equipment builds for large scale semiconductor industry with super aggressive start up plans. Traveled to
various locations around the world and worked daily with manufacturers to ensure that all specifications were precise and operated
equipment to ensure that it functioned prior to shipment. Returned to site during installation and spearheaded start-ups which
resulted in on time delivery and within budget plan. (Motorola)
Designed sites first ever water based pigging system that was implemented based off of data indicating large loss to facility via
waste and lost production. System enabled more products to be filled as sellable goods and less water required to clean process
lines in preparation for following run. Overall project decreased waste by 46%, improved output 38% with a $1.6M annual savings.
Project was awarded the Governors Environmental Award and U.S. Department of Energys Energy Saver Star Award. (Sherwin
Williams)

Specialists. Supported manufacturing of ~370 SKUs in 200+ employee facility. Oversaw $870K-$2.6M operating and $800K- $4.6M
capital budgets annually.
Increased productivity 26% by designing near real-time KPI tools to provide management team with performance results that
facilitated proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and eliminating non-value added work.
Surpassed supply chain and total site cost, employee productivity, and operational objectives for two consecutive years; led
region in reliability excellence savings of $334K and reduced energy consumption by 8.8% in 2013.

Established and successfully executed process improvement initiatives using lean principles to achieve $6M cumulative savings
across Production/Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations for multiple clients.
Streamlined overhead maintenance inventory 33% by initiating basic min/max reorder process and refining EAM database.
Site Engineering/Project Manager, Wood Care Division
(1999-2010)
Led all operational equipment asset engineering and maintenance as well as management of a 375K sf, 24/7 sole global architectural
coating production facility through leadership of 19 Engineers, Maintenance, Machinists and Administrative personnel. Provided
critical support to drive operating efficiency and effectiveness for organization through reliability excellence initiatives and
Engineering standards and principles. Administered $2M operating budget; capital budgets between $750K$2M per year. Served as
sites Emergency Response Team Coordinator and Site Security Administrator.
Generated $75K in first year savings by minimizing air leaks; reduced plant air supply from 105 psi to 90 psi; produced a 3 psi
drop across entire facility to successfully complete Six Sigma project and earn Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Decreased waste by 46% and improved output 38%$1.6M in annual savings for site, by designing a water base pigging
system that was implemented company-wide and earned government recognition through receipt of Illinois Governors
Environmental Award and U.S. Department of Energys Energy Star Saver Award, 2010.
st
Delivered $1.75M net savings on $215K investment with supporting ROI of 240% in the 1 year by designing a Supplier Owned
Managed Inventory (SOMI) program to reduce material usage variance (MUV). Transitioned manual tank measurement to RF
non-intrusive signal to read tank capacity. Worked with IT to implement eyes for raw material (RM) suppliers via an Intranet
site to ensure accurate deliveries, reduce waste, cost associated with tank over/under filling as well as incorrect billing.
Instrumental contributor in planning and design of 102K sf expansion, a $4.6M investment. Completed project 3.5 weeks early
and $68K under budget, despite several days of inclement weather.
