HOW DO I CONNECT USING
AT&T VPN CLIENT ?
You will be prompted for your network login
credentials. Enter them in the Network Login
window. Your Account should be automatically
populated. EMEA uses GBIWARWI, NAA uses
RKBK2 and Asia-Pac uses HKIBMREB.
Provide your Windows ID e.g. sjhon. Type
your windows password. Tick “Save
Password” box, so that you will not be
prompted every time in future. Click “ÓK”

The AGN Client includes an Automatic


Connection feature which by default will attempt
a connection over all possible network types
installed on your computer. You will be
prompted for information required to connect.
Click Connect. After a successful authentication process, you
will see the status as connected
The AGN Client will attempt networks in this
order: Broadband, WiFi, Cellular, Dial/ISDN. If
Dial/ISDN is your only available network, you
will be prompted to select your Dial Access
Point. Click the links under Search by to sort
the list and narrow your choices by location,
country, state and city. Select an access point
by clicking the checkbox next to the
city name. Change the modem by
selecting a modem using the
Connect using drop down box.
Verify the information for Dial Prefix
and Number to dial. Click OK to
continue.
