Ozon operates in two ways.
First as a Supplier and Manufacturer of its own brand products and
secondly as a Manufacturer of OEM orders for several world wide known brands and
companies.
All products are designed and made in manufacturing plant in Macedonia.
Manufacturing the HVAC equipment and units is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
certified.
OHRU-C units from EcoAir series or products conform with the protection requirements of Council
Directive 89/336/EEC relatingto electromagnetic compatibility.

EcoAir OHRU - C series of products are designed for fresh air.
But, they can SAVE ENERGY during this process.

WHY DO WE NEED EcoAir OHRU - C SERIES OF HEAT RECOVERY

VENTILATION UNITS?

Ventilation is also required to remove moisture from swimming pools and changing rooms.
As the OHRU-C combines the ability to supply and exhaust air within one unit, it is ideal for
todays buildings, which have double or triple glazing and are much more airtight.
The OHRU-C was specifically designed to meet the needs of modern buildings and at the same
time save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.
The OHRU-C features EUROVENT certified recuperators for air to air energy recovery and
are 100% reliable.

OHRU - C Heat Recovery Unit for best ventilation

Efficiency may be as high as 70% for certain applications where indoor moisture is high.
Ventilation is even more important than ever and a successful building needs to keep the
occupants comfortable.A good ventilation system with heat recovery is the best way to
achieve this goal.
The Series OHRU - C are designed to handle air volumes up to 6000 m3/h. Each unit handles
both supply and exhaust air and incorporates a EUROVENT certified heat recovery core.
The heat recuperator will extract energy (hot or cold) from the exhaust air and transfer it to
the incoming fresh air. When used in conjunction with air conditioning systems, energy will be
saved in both heating and cooling modes.

CONSTRUCTION
HEAT RECUPERATOR
All 5 sizes of OHRU-C incorporate EUROVENT certified aluminum plate heat recuperators.
The efficiencies vary for each size, but will be approximately within the ranges from 50%to
60%.Efficiencies may rise up to 80% for high temperature and humid applications such as
swimming pools, changing rooms or similar.Recuperators are available with epoxy coating
for coastal and swimming pool applications.
FANS
All fans are direct drive powered and specially selected for efficient operation. All of the fans
used for the OHRU-C series are ideal for speed regulation and a full range of matched speed
controllers are available.On all models, fans are wired to externally mounted isolators.
SPECIFIC FAN POWER
OHRU-C units are fitted with two high quality fans of latest design. None of the fans have belts
or pulleys, which cause transmission losses and lower the overall fan set efficiency. All fans
have been checked for Specific Fan Power (SF) and are lower than the requirement, stated
in Part L2 of the Building Regulations, of 2.0 watts/l/s.
MOTORS
Fan motors are totally enclosed and suitable for speed control. All fans are with built in
anti-vibration mountings, but in accordance with best practice, we still recommend the use
of anti vibration mounts and flexible connections.
PANELS
Panels are 1 mm thickness with normally insulated model with PE foam 6 mm thickness.
The skin is made of galvanized sheet metal.
FILTERS
Standard supply and exhaust air filters are EU4 (G4) grade according to EN 779 disposable
pleated panel. Manometers are available as an option.
DRAIN
A drain pane connection is fitted to the exhaust air side of the casing to allow any condensate
to drain away. This connection should be trapped and piped up with an air break before conn ection to any common drain lines. The depth of the trap should be equal to the suction pressure plus 25mm.

CONDENSATION
The efficiency of a recuperator depends on many variables and as our recuperator operate
with high efficiencies, condensation is likely to occur in the exhaust air stream as dew point
conditions are reached. For this reason, all of our OHRU-C Units are fitted with drain trays as
standard. All OHRU-C efficiencies are computed using design conditions of: -15C/85% RH
and 21C/50% RH. OHRU-C use Eurovent Certified Recuperators. Independent Laboratory
Tests confirm actual performance against the software model.
