JOBDESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the successful implementation and management of the assigned

projects,includesplanningandpreparationworksattheofficeandactivitiesatthesite.
Prepare shop drawings, equipment approval submission document, sample board,
method statement, T&C documents, progress claims, progress reports, As Built
Drawings,O&Mmanual,correspondenceandanyothersdocumentsasinstructedbythe
Management.
Assistprojectmanagertogetquotationsfromsubcontractorsorsuppliersontheaward
ofcontracts.
Liaise with procurement department for the purchase of equipment and coordinate on
thetimelydeliveryofgoodstosite.
Supervise the subcontractor works monitor the progress of works to ensure quality
works,timelycompletionofprojectsandensuretheprojectcostwithintheprojectbudget.
Recommendprogresspaymentforsubcontractor.
Responsible to carry out the joint site evaluation with the clients representative and

ensureissueofpaymentcertificatesandfollowoutonthecollectionofpayment.
Ensurealldocumentsforthepreparationoffinalaccountareproperlyrecorded.
Scopeofworkwillbereviseddependingonthemanagementneedsorrequest.Others
relateddutiesasandwhenassignedbythesuperiorfromtimetotime.
