First House
 The ascendant signifies the common people, state of affairs of the country, public
health, general condition of the country.
 Virgo is rising at 29 deg 48 min in the star of mars. Mars is retrograde and in the 12th
house. Ascendant is in papa-kartari yoga sand- witched between Saturn (lord of 6th
house) and mars (lord of 8th house). That too both the planets are retrograde. A malefic
being retrograde will be more malefic.

 Further, the ascendant lord mercury is combust , retrograde and debilitated. Further,
mercury is also aspected by mars and rahu.
 The lunar eclipse takes place in Taurus/scorpio axis, which happens to be India
ascendant. Similar eclipses took place in 2011 as well, which had brought revolt by the
common people against the policies of government. Similar effect will take place in
2012 as well.
 Since, the ascendant and its lord are afflicted, there could be threat to general health
of the public, there could be frustration set into the people of India, there will be
general discontentment of the people, there will be agitations all over India, etc.

 This house denotes the financial affairs, banks, stock exchange, trade, inflationary
pressures, etc.

of 2nd house is in 8th house conjunct Jupiter and aspected by Saturn. 2nd house contains
retrograde Saturn. Though Saturn is exalted, but it is retrograde. There is benefit of
aspect of Jupiter though from the 8th house. There is also retrograde aspect of mars
(lord of 3rd and 8th house) on the 2nd house. Venus the lord of the 2nd house also throws
its aspect from the 8th house to its own house.

 This shows that, since Saturn is a slow moving and of contracting nature the financial
affairs will not show any significant improvement. However, due to aspect of Jupiter
(from the 8th house) there could be some signs of improvement, but very marginal.
Inflation will be fairly under control. Interest rates could slowly start going down.
Stock exchanges will also be kept under check and will not show any significant
improvement. There will be financial contraction and trade deficit will be affected.
Due to aspect of mars (being significator of military) the expenditure on defence will
increase.

Third house
 This house rules over all sorts of and aspects with respect to communications like
railways, postal, telegraphic departments,etc. This house also signifies neighboring
countries like China and Pakistan.
 This house has rahu in it, which is debilitated. Further, there is retrograde aspect of
Saturn as well. The lord of 3rd house has turned retrograde and added to this it has got

placed in 12th house. This does not augur well for the 3rd house matters. Further,
significator of communications, mercury has turned retrograde, debilitated and
combust.
 Based on the above configurations, there could be accidents in railways, air crashes as
both the 3rd house lord and its significator mercury is afflicted. There is also likely
hood of unrest in neighboring countries like China and Pakistan.

Fourth house
 This house rules over land, agriculture, crops, mines. It also rules the opposition parties
of the government, earthquakes, natural calamities, etc.
 4th house is not occupied by any planet. The lord of the 4th house Jupiter goes to 8th
house in conjunction with venus (lord of 2nd and 9th house). 4th house is aspected by
retrograde Saturn (lord of 5th and 6th). Further, the significator of land Saturn has turned
retrograde in libra. Libra a sign of checks and balances will bring about some adjustment
to the prices of landed properties in some pockets of the country. Further, mars the
significator of house properties has also turned retrograde and goes to 12th house. This
mars has 5th aspect of Jupiter from the 8th house.
 4th house is occupied by Pluto in saggitarius a fiery sign. This will give strength to the
opposition parties and will be stumbling block to the ruling parties. Further, there
could be natural calamities like earthquakes and agricultural produce could get
affected. We can also expect correction in prices of lands and houses. There could be
significant changes in legal framework with respect to lands and houses.

Fifth house
 This house rules over entertainment industry, children, education and all places of
amusements.
 There are no planets placed in the 5th house. The lord of the 5th house Saturn though
retrograde is placed in libra, a exalted sign for Saturn. This Saturn is further aspected by
Jupiter and venus.
 Basis the above configuration, the amusements industry will thrive and there will
some changes in the educational system to the benefit of the children at large.

Sixth house
 This house rules over public health, working classes, army, navy, etc.
 This house is occupied no planets. The lord of th 6th house Saturn is placed in the 2nd
house in libra and aspected by Jupiter and venus. The 6th house is aspected by
retrograde mars (lord of 3rd and 8th) from the 12th house.
 This shows that the working class will get some far-reaching benefits by some
amendments to the acts with respect to labor. Due justice will be given to the working
classes.

Seventh house
 This house signifies all matters relating to foreign countries, disputes, war, international
affairs and all matters with respect to dealings of India with other countries.
 This house has the conjunction of sun (lord of 12th) and moon (Lord of 11th) and
placement of retrograde mercury (lord of 1st and 10th) which is debilitated. Further, the
lord of 7th house Jupiter goes to the 8th house along with venus and aspected by Saturn.
The 7th house is also ascpected by retrograde mars (lord of 3rd and 8th) from 12th house
and rahu from the 3rd house. This house also has the aspect of retrograde Saturn. Last
but not the least, this house has herchell a point to be noted.
 India will enter into serious negotiations with Pakistan and likely to put pressure on
them. On the other side, there will be many deal-breakers resulting into unresolved
disputes, as there is presence of retrograde mercury (a significator for
communications). There will also be significant changes in the countries like Pakistan

Eight house
 This house rules over deaths, mortality and privy council.
 The 8th house has natural benefic Jupiter and venus. The lord of 8th house mars has gone
to the 12th house and 8th house is aspected by Saturn in libra.
 There will not be any major impact with respect to the 8th house. In fact the matters
with respect to 8th house will thrive with presence of Jupiter and venus.

Ninth house
 This house rules over religion, charity, law courts, legal matters, etc
 This house is occupied by none of the planets. The lord of 9th house venus has gone to
8th house and also 12th to the 9th. Venus is conjunct Jupiter (lord of 4th and 7th) and
aspected by Saturn from libra. Further, the lunation takes place in this house as well.
 This reveals that some major legal laws will be enacted with respect to stock
exchanges, money matters with respect to those invested abroad, there will sea of
changes in the legal system and there will also be changes in the education systems.

Tenth house
 This is the most important house in the mundane chart. This house rules over President,
Prime minister, government, etc.
 This house has no planets. The lord of 10th house mercury is retrograde and placed in
the 7th house, debilitated. Mercury is combust and conjunct with moon (lord of 11th).
Mercury is aspected by rahu and mars (lord of 3rd and 8th) from the 12th house. Saturn
also gives its retrograde aspect from libra.
 This reveals that there will be some major changes in the government with respect to
its leadership. Since lord of the 10th mercury (a dual planet) is placed in the dual sign
and being weak (as a results of malefic palnets aspects) will result in some of the
members of parliament taken to task by the government. There could also be major
changes in the portfolios of the government. One of the senior members of the ruling
party could run into serious health issues.

Eleventh house
 This house rules over parliament, debates in parliament, various legislations and
members of the house.
 11th house is un-occupied. However, 11th house is aspected by rahu, Saturn and has
aspect of retrograde mars. Further, lord of 11th moon, is with lord of 12th sun, mercury
(lord of 1st and 10th), aspected by rahu, mars and retrograde Saturn.
 This heavy affliction will have effects of frequent changes in parliament, heated
debates in parliament over various legislations. There will serious pressures from
common people in making various legislations. The aspect of malefic to the 11th lord
and 11th house will create trouble to parliamentarians in enactment of laws.

Twelfth house
 This house rules over prisons, hospitals, asylums, charitable institutions, crime rate,
secrete foes, etc.
 The lord of 12th, sun goes to the 7th house along with moon and mercury. Further, sun
also has the malefic aspect of rahu, mars and retrograde Saturn. The 12th house has
mars (lord of 3rd and 8th). The 12th house has aspect of Jupiter from the 8th house.
 The malefic aspect to 12th lord and presence of mars in 12th house, will result in secret
forces operating against India and crime rates will increase. However, the aspect of
Jupiter will keep it under control.
