SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
At present, I am working as a Senior Windchill Administrator. I have worked on customer
front towards critical issues in Windchill Production Environments for more than 7.1 years, in
which spent 3 years in ABC only. Performed Administrative tasks on Windchill including various
Third Party Products. Implementation and Support of Windchill for standalone Systems as well
as on Clustered Environment setup. Have performed some complex Migration for example,
merging three Intralink 3.4 instances to one PDMLink 9.1 instance. Performed Upgrade from
Windchill 9.1 to 10.1 for a huge customer with complex data. Performed database migration
from Oracle 11g R2 to SQL Server 2008 R2. Provided training for Windchill PDMLink
functionalities, administration and Creo integration with Windchill PDMLink 10.1.

execute the Upgrade activity.
Requirement gathering, step by step execution planning.
Verifying the existing data on Windchill 9.1 using Windu and Winru. Resolving the
data inconsistencies reported.

Designation Senior Software Engineer.
Project 1: (June 2012 - May 2013)
Intralink 3.4 system which consists of some legecy data as well as intralink format data for
their organization. To improve their productivity, efficiency and cost of operation, they
decided to move on advanced Windchill PDMLink 10.1 system. We performed the
complete migration from their Intralink 3.4 to Windchill PDMLink 10.1 with high quality,
documentation and delivery schedule.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a team lead of this project, I was involved from start to end in this project to
properly execute the migration, creating the quality documentation and delivery.
Understanding and implementing the client requirement specific to their WildFire
4.0 to Creo 2.0 Migration with automated organization specific scripts.
Identifying, suggesting and Implementing the complex ACL (Access Control Level)
in Windchill for their specific product based requirements.
Developing and executing The Data Validation test plans for the migration.
Developing a high quality training documentation for their designers and
Administrators for better understanding of the new PLM environment, explanation of
new and enhanced functionalities.
Project 2: (April 2012 May 2012)
I was working as a senior and expert offshore resource for this migration project. My Role
was to support and co-ordinate with the onsite team for POC development. Implementing
Reverse Proxy with HTTPS for suppliers and vendors to access some specific modules in
Windchill PDMLink outside the organizational network was my sole responsibility.
Project 3: (Jan 2011 Mar 2012)
In the process of improving the manufacturing performance, needed to upgrade their
existing PLM tool to Windchill. There were three Pro/Intralink 3.4 instances at different
location and one Windchill PDMLink 9.1 system at customer site. Our project objective
was to Migrate these three instances of Pro/Intralink 3.4 to a single Windchill PDMLink
9.1 instance and implementation of new Windchill PDMLink functionalities. We also had to
make Windchill PDMLink 9.1 accessible at all location, implementing Replica servers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a core team member, involved in various phases from project initiation to
requirement gathering, design, development, testing, validation and Production
Deployment.
Taking an extra care for the Vaulting and database architectures as they were
using an old database and needed to upgrade to the latest one.
Study & deploy the Migration process and prepare the Documentation for
knowledge sharing to the Team.
Windchill PDMLink server administration and maintenance.
PDMLink Multi-Site user-support for CAD Data Management.
