MAARTAND BHAIRAV PRAYOG
Lord Bhairav has got a special place in field of

Tantra. Lord Bhairav is a form of Shiva.
Therefore, he contains all the qualities of
Shiva. Generally, due to primacy of Tama
Bhaav, people become afraid of this form of
lord and ignore him, but it is not like this.
Sadhna of god and goddess having
predominant Tama character can be done by
Dakshin Maarg too but due to their ignorance
and sometimes out of selfishness, fraudulent
persons have ignored this fact and spread
many misconceptions about Ugra God and
Goddess. Whenever we talk about Lord
Bhairav then sadhak from very beginning sees
him with fear. Various types of thoughts starts
occupying our mind that his sadhna can be
done only through Vaam Maarg and only by

following the procedure of meat, wine and
sex, worship of this type of God/Goddess can
be done. But this is only a misconception
since sadhna of any god or goddess can be
done both by Vaam and Dakshin Maarg. It
depends upon Siddh Guru that on which path
he leads his disciple whereby he can attain
success. This fact applies to Bhairav sadhna
too; Lord Bhairav sadhna can be done by both
Vaam and Dakshin Maarg. Deadly and
dreadful form of Lord Bhairav is merely due to
primacy of Tama Bhaav and that too is not for
sadhaks but for inner and outer enemies of
sadhak. Lord Bhairav has got many forms.
There are 52 forms of him known in Tantra
field. One of the forms among them is of
Maartand Bhairav, whose sadhna is said to be
very special sadhna. This sadhna is very
intense and in very short time, it becomes
possible for sadhak to attain blessing of this
form of Lord. Though complete sadhna
procedure of Maartand Bhairav is very
extraordinary procedure which is Tamsik one.
But as it has been said above that sadhna of
all forms of Lord Bhairav is also done by
Dakshin maarg and along with complete
sadhna procedures, there are present many

small prayogs related to Dev in Tantra field.
Prayog presented here is prayog related to his
basic mantra which activates valour and
courage inside sadhak .Along with it sadhak
enemies gets paralysed and sadhak is
secured in many respects. This prayog may
seem very ordinary but by doing this one-day
prayog, sadhak attains many qualities of
manhood. Inner fear of sadhak is destroyed
and special qualities like courage and valour
starts coming inside him which is essential
part of authoritative life of any person. From
societal point of view too, this type of prayog
provides such qualities to sadhak which can
completely transform life of sadhak and can
provide him a new place in society by
improving qualities of sadhak.
This prayog can be done by sadhak on any
eighth day of Krishn Paksha, amavasya,
Tuesday or Saturday.
This prayog is done only in night. It is better if
it is done in any conscious place or Bhairav
temple. If it is not possible, it can be done in
home too.
Sadhak should take bath, wear red dress and
sit on red aasan facing north direction.
Sadhak should establish yantra or idol of Lord

Bhairav in front of him.
Sadhak should do Guru Poojan and after
chanting Guru Mantra, sadhak should do
poojan of Bhairav Idol/Yantra. Sadhak should
offer Udad Bade or Kheer as Bhog. If flowers
are being used, then red colour flowers should
be used. Sadhak should ignite Guggal Dhoop
and oil-lamp should be used.
After this, sadhak should chant 51 rounds of
below mantra by Rudraksh rosary.
OM HRYOOM THRIM
After completing mantra Jap, sadhak should
pray to Lord Bhairav with complete reverence.
In this manner, this one day prayog is
completed. If sadhak wants, sadhak can do
this prayog for 5 days, 11 days or 21 days.
Rosary should not be immersed by sadhak.
Sadhak can use rosary for this sadhna in
future.

SHIV SHAKTI SAMANVIT GURU SADHNA
Brahma and universe originated from its existence is basically

formed by two elements, Purush and Prakriti. Complete forms of
these elements are known in Aagam by the name of Aadi Shiv
and Shakti.Shiv is Purush (male) element and Prakriti is Stri
(female) element. It does not matter how much we say about
these elements, it will be under-statement only since these are
two prime forms of basic universal element on whose basis whole
universe is operational. Combined form of these two is Brahma
only and mixed form of these two is Ardhnareeshwar. There is no
one who is not familiar with importance and place of guru in life
and especially in field of tantra, he holds very high place. It has
been said about Guru that Gurursaakshaat ParBrahma. Guru is
visible form of ParBrahma. Its analysis is very abstruse but if we
decode it, it means only this that Guru is combined form of Aadi
Shiv and Shakti. He has got both; he in visible form is Purush and
Prakriti. Due to presence of female element, Guru is BhaavPradhan (primacy of feeling) .Prakriti Bhaav feelings of
motherhood, affection, sympathy and love are completely implicit
in him and under the influence of these Bhaavs, he always works
for welfare of sadhak. And being combined with Purush element,
he is full of feelings like valour, strength, bravery, fearlessness,
courage, wisdom, prudence etc. and always does the welfare of
sadhak for progress in life aspects by procedural knowledge.
Sadhak always tries to move life to higher pedestal by doing
procedures related to various Ishts in sadhna life. But root of all
these lies in Guru Sadhna. Estimating importance of Guru Sadhna
is not possible but still one of the facts among millions of facts of
its abstruseness is that Guru Sadhna is basically sadhna of
Brahma only. Every animate and inanimate has been formed due
to fusion of Purush and Prakriti. God and goddesses basically are
various split forms of Bramha only because in reality, all these
have originated from Aadi Shiv i.e. outer form and Shakti i.e. inner
form only. In this manner, sadhna of any god or goddess is done
by considering him/her as form of Brahma only. In reality, there
are many types and sub-types of Guru Sadhna also. There are
various types of Guru Sadhna known in Tantra field for attaining
various types of siddhis in various forms and getting blessings
from Sadguru.
As it has been told that one of the important aspects of Guru
Sadhna is that in reality, Guru Sadhna is Brahma sadhna. But this
sadhna is sadhna related to spiritual life of sadhak. Sadhna
presented here, is one very important prayog for sadhaks life
because it is sadhna of two major elements of Guru Element or
Brahma element i.e. Shiv and Shakti form. When person does
sadhna in combined form of these two then it becomes sadhna of
Brahma form. But for the success of sadhak in both materialistic
and spiritual aspects of success, giving place to combined Shiva
and Shakti sadhna in life can be called highest fortune.
Describing benefits of this sadhna is next to impossible but some
worth-mentioning points are as follows
There is progress in materialistic aspect of sadhak. Environment
of peace and happiness is established in home.
Sadhak also attains success in field of business and study etc.

Sadhak becomes lucky to see various scenes in sadhna time
which are related to previous lives of sadhak.
As far as spiritual aspect of sadhak is concerned, it destroys the
former sinful deeds of sadhak and provides emotional basis for
coming higher-order sadhnas.
Beside this, sadhak attains the knowledge of various types of
secrets related to universal Shiv Shakti form. Sadhak attains the
blessings of Guru. Sadhak experiences journey in various hidden
places also in Bhaav Awastha. Sometimes, sadhak experiences
the company of Sadguru and various Siddhs in state of sub
consciousness or dreams.
Sadhak can start this rare prayog from any Thursday or Sunday. It
can be done at any time in day or night but daily it should be
done at fixed time.
Well, the best day to start this sadhna is Bhadrapad
Poornima which is called Shivshakti Swaroopa Guru Siddhi
Divas. This time, it falls on 30th of this month and it is

Sunday also. Therefore, starting this sadhna in this
auspicious Yog is best.
Sadhak should take bath and sit facing north or east direction.
Dress and aasan of sadhak should be white or yellow.
Place Guru Picture in front of you and do Guru Poojan.
After that, sadhak should chant 51 rounds of below mantra. Due
to mantra being easy, it is not difficult to chant 51 rounds. Sadhak
can use Guru Rosary, Guru Rahasaya Rosary, Sfatik rosary or
Rudraksh rosary for chanting.
Om kleem gum phat
After that, sadhaks should dedicate Jap in the lotus feet of
Sadgurudev. Sadhak should do this procedure for 5 days. Rosary
should not be immersed by sadhak. Sadhak can do any Guru
Sadhna by this rosary. If sadhak uses the rosary which he uses for
daily chanting, then there is no fault in using the same rosary for
daily process after sadhna is completed.
Sadhak start getting benefits related to sadhna from the sadhna
days only and sadhak gets introduced to many secrets on his
own.

Shri Sookt has been considered by people
merely as a Stotra for attaining prosperity and
such consideration was right too. Because
keeping time and suitability in mind, sages,
saints and connoisseurs of Mantra let
remained its inner secrets hidden only .Its
outer aspects came into light .As time
progressed, we considered that Shri Sookt is

one of the prayers made to Goddess
Mahalakshmi for attaining wealth and by
reading it on Deepawali increases our
prosperity. However the reality is exactly
opposite. Each verse of it on their own is not
only capable of fulfilling wishes of sadhak
rather correct combination of planets, time,
clothes and direction yield different results.
The secrecy of Tantra can be understood only
when the traveller of this path who has
travelled the journey, introduce you to
abstractness and difficulty of this path. I had
eagerness to understand the Sahastrakshari
Chandi sadhna and secrets related to it and I
have read about it in old editions of magazine
and when I asked about it to Master then he
told Our many Guru brothers and sisters
have got its hidden keys from Sadgurudev
and through it they have fulfilled their long
cherished desires in life. Side by side, they
have understood those secrets which shastras
have kept hidden up till now and I have seen
respected Rajni Nikhil doing such procedures
relating to it.Sadgurudev have never kept any
knowledge hidden. There are many sadhaks
who have received keys of sadhnas but they

are not willing to come forward
Despite of Sadhna and Mantra being one,
Padhati used makes a difference and clarifies
about the nature of results one will get. For
example, we do sadhna of Swar Vigyan but
we do not know that secret of it that Poorn
siddhi of Swaroday Vigyan or Swaroday Tantra
is attained only after siddhi of five elements.
And by siddhi of five elements one not only
gets materialistic success but person also
fulfils his spiritual ambitions easily. And this is
not merely symbolic rather whenever sadhak
doing the practice of Tatv Siddhi (siddhi of
elements) does the meditation of particular
element under appropriate guidance; his
nostrils are filled with fragrance of that
particular element.
For Example various articles energised by
Navaarn Mantra fulfil different ambitions of
sadhak. If we talk about abstruse meaning of
Shri Sookt than its every verse has got
hundreds of meaning since its arrangement
exhibits various meanings. Knowledge of
Many Vigyans and Tantras can be understood
by these verses. Padhati of gold-creation,
hidden principles of Surya Vigyan, attainment

of various accomplishments, circulation of
nectar element etc. is possible through the
knowledge of this Sookt.
When we become ready to do sadhna, we
want to understand the signs and symbols of
attainment of success or siddhi so that we can
completely cross over the obstacles coming in
that path. Though there are many such signs
through which accomplishment and nonaccomplishment can be understood but
through dream one gets precise knowledge.
And if sadhak do the prayog of the below
procedure in his life then not only he starts
understanding future-indicating dream signs
but he can also come in contact with the
particular person i.e. the person whose
character, conduct and well-being he wants to
know, all such information about that
particular person are known through dreams.
On Night on any Monday, after 1:00 A.M, in
completely pure state wear white dress and
sit on white Aasan. Spread one white cloth on
the floor in front and make one circle with
Kesar-mixed white sandal. After Guru Poojan
and Ganpati poojan, ignite ghee lamp, write
SOM SOMAAY NAMAH with ring finger in

that circle and then fill that circle with white
rice. After that, fill water in silver or copper
container and place it on that rice. Then with
stable mind, chant I round of OM HREEM
SHREEM CHANDRAYAI NAMAH with sfatik
of white Hakik rosary. And after that chant 3
rounds of below verse and after chanting,
blow on that container i.e. after 1 round, you
have to blow once.

After chanting, you have to again chant 1
round of first mantra. And after chanting you
have to drink that water, water should be
drunk from some other container. This has to
be done for 5 days and after that in future,
before sleeping chant above-said verse 21
times and drink water and go to sleep. You will
know whether sadhna is working or not when
you will not forget dreams. With time you will
start understanding its abstract meaning and
you will remember it too. And now the person
about whom you want to know, write his
name on white paper by turmeric and keep it

under your pillow and go for sleep. You will
definitely get information about him in dream.
This sadhna also provides information about
future signs which is separate Vidhaan from
Swapneshwari sadhna. To add to it, person
doing this prayog gets rid of ill-effects like
nightmares and nightfall. And if he gives this
energised water after completing 5 days of
sadhna, that person too gets riddance from
these problems. And sadhak understands his
own state in sadhna by this sadhna. In reality,
it is the easy procedure to activate Chandra
Nerve (Naadi in Hindi) which we should do
definitely. If person does BHAGWATI
BAGLAMUKHI TANTRAM - MAYA KAAL
DRISHYAANVITA PARASHAKTI PRAYOG written
by Sister Rajni Nikhil then he paves his way
towards attaining powers of Ida and Pingla
nerves through which path of Para Vigyan is
opened for him. Sadhnas are not merely for
reading rather if we cant do these easy
Vidhaans then whose fault is it?

BHAGWATI BAGLAMUKHI TANTRAM - MAYA KAAL DRISHYAANVITA
PARASHAKTI PRAYOG
Tibetan Laama chant OM MANIPADME HUM

whole life and learn all the secrets of life and
facts relating to it, whose information an
ordinary sadhak can never have. After all,
what is so special about this mantra which
makes impossible things possible? In Tibet
tradition, procedure of Chakra Jaagran is done
in two ways
1) Successively cleansing the chakra, their
Jaagran and then their Bhedan
2) Directly doing the jagran and bhedan of
Aagya Chakra through special Shalya
treatment.
These are two basic ways but there is
coordination between these two that through
these two ways, one can combine
consciousness, sub-consciousness and
unconsciousness and attain completeness.

And may be sadhak has done directly the
bhedan of Aagya chakra but then also he does
continuous chanting of above mantra and
those who completes the chakra journey
through successive process of
cleansing(Shodhan),Jaagran(Activation) and
Bhedan, they also chant this mantra. Here I
am not talking about this mantra but I am
trying to tell that what is the basic secret
behind the activity done by them so that we
can understand these hidden aspect through
which imperceptible can be transformed into
perceptible.
As I have told you above that they chant the
above mantra continuously and their Jap goes
on continuously, because it has also been said
Jkaaro Janm Vichedah
Pkarah Paap Naashakah |
Tasyaa Jap Iti Prokto
Janm Paap Naashakah ||
Meaning JA alphabet is Janm Vichedak which
frees sadhak from fruits of all Karmas. After
getting rid of fruits of karma, he frees himself
from life-cycle. In the same manner; Pa
alphabet destroys all type of sins. Therefore
Japa (chanting) has got so much glory

because only by chanting. Sins of all births
are destroyed.
But it is necessary for us to know about the
secret behind that chanting. We should
understand the complete arrangement of
mantra and its underlying activity. Generally,
in Laama sadhnas two chakras are given
importance 1) Aagya Chakra 2) Manipur
Chakra and both the chakras represent one
special state. Both are related to fire element,
both pertain to Kaal Gyan and both have
infinite capability of expansion and stability.
Both these chakra have deep relation with
Mahavidya sadhnas. We all are very well
acquainted with this fact that whenever child
is born the he is connected to mother through
navel only and from it he gets flow of life and
nutrition. In the same manner, if you will
understand the Dhayan of Mahavidyas then
you will come to know that all these Maha
Shaktis connected to creation path have been
born from navel of Lord Shiva and Lord
Vishnu.
But all these are symbols only because reality
is when sadhak ,at his extreme level of
sadhna knows about its own existence then

he himself becomes Shiva or Vishnu and then
only he attains that capability when these
Maha Shaktis are manifested completely. You
all understand the fact that unless the Mool
Uts of sadhak is not activated, any of such
eligibility will not get manifested. And for the
activation of Mool Uts, you have to do most of
your hard-work on activation of Manipur
Chakra. Actually, when we talk about any
siddhi, they all are propagated from inner
universe of our body only; they do not have
any external origin point. Activation of seven
Loks means only this that we have
successively done Bhedan of basic points of
each Char successfully. When I said about
Manipur Chakra then it only meant that
unless our praan and Vaayu (Air) Shakti is not
activated completely, we cannot attain
consciousness present in internal universe
externally. This is only one chakra where
praan and Vayu are combined and with the
help of fire, this praan-Vaayu maintains the
desired level of energy and heat in the body.
This Propagation of Praan does Praan-Yog with
Aagya Chakra and activates power of Kaal
Gyan and then it becomes easy to recognise
the invisible. Sadhak may directly activate

Aagya Chakra but then also for understanding
Kaal Vikhandan and Sanlayan, he has to
depend on Manipur Chakra. Actually, it is not
possible to split time .These are only states of
mind which makes us feel that it has passed.
For example, when we are living in favourable
circumstances, we are happy, we are with
dear ones then speed of passage of time will
be very fast .But when circumstances are
unfavourable, we are sad then speed of
passage of time will be very slow. One can
feel the state of Kaal Vikhandan and Sanlayan
only when through sadhna of goddess
Baglamukhi, Kaal Stambhan prayog is done. It
is as much influential as Kaalaadhik Sadhna
coming under sadhna of goddess Mahakaali.
However, that sadhna of Bhagwati Mahakaali
is very cumbersome but this sadhna of
Bhagwati Baglamukhi, full of Satvik and
Raajsik Bhaav is easy and simple which any
sadhak can do, living his normal life.
If you will think then you will realise or you
would have listened or read somewhere that
Laama basically do the sadhna of Aagya
Chakra directly, but the abstruse secret
behind it is that they join Mool beej of Aagya
Chakra Om, which has also been called

Brahamandeey Pranav or Taar Beej, with
Manipur Chakra through special padhati.
Hum beej does the work of activating
Naabhi Chakra or Manipur chakra and in Tibet,
Manipur is called Manipadm. Hum beej
activates Naabhi chakra and make Mool Uts
conscious and if after it, special beej mantras
are chanted continuously then with its impact,
manifestation of Bhagwati Baglamukhi
becomes very easy. And then combination of
Atharva Sootra, originated from this Mool Uts
takes place with ham and Ksham beej of
Aagya Chakra completely and after
coordination with Aakash beej expansion and
propagation of praan takes place in entire
universe and sadhak vision become so subtle
and stable and the Kaal Stambhan ability is
developed in it by which sadhak can pretty
well see the compression of time with eyes
and see present, past and future. This is
possible only after activation of Manipur
chakra. Activation of chakra preceding it cant
make all this possible because as this chakra
is activated, Swaha lok and Praanmay kosh
gets activated and when sadhak gets
introduced to inner self then he understand
his own magnificence and do the Brahmand

Bhedan procedure. This may sound
cumbersome but it is very easy to do .We just
have to practice keeping in mind the
sequence. These are those padhatis of
Mahavidya sadhna which have always
remained hidden but Sadgurudev have always
put forward all these aspects in front of us all,
then only we have been able to understand
these hidden procedures.
This prayog can be started from any Sunday.
This sadhna can be done in Brahma Muhurat,
evening or midnight.
Dress or aasan will be yellow.
After daily poojan, spread one yellow cloth on
Baajot in front of you and make one circle
with vermillion and in middle of it, make one
swastik sign. Circle represents universe and
swastik represents 10 directions.
Make one heap of yellow rice on swastik and
establish one bronze container or plate on it
and on it establish one Deepak. Lamp should
have Til oil and turmeric coloured cotton wick.
After doing poojan of Sadgurudev and lord

Ganpati, light the lamp and do its poojan too.
Poojan should be done with Kheer having
turmeric and Kesar, yellow rice, flowers,
Guggal or Lohbaan dhoop.
After that chant Hum beej. It should be
chanted in such a way that sound is produced
and with the sound, navel is compressed
inside, at the time of exhaling do the jap in
Vaachik form or in other words, you have to
do this like Baraka i.e. when we will make
sound of Hum while breathing out fast then
automatically our stomach is pulled inside.
This procedure has to be done while pulling
anus opening inside.
In this way, this procedure has to be done for
5 minutes. You will see yourself if vibration
start taking place in navel.
After it, do the Jap of HREEM KRAM HLEEM
HLEEM HLEEM KRAM HREEM with stable
mind and if possible do it while doing the
tratak.
The mantra having combination of Kaal beej
and Maya beej gives the capability to sadhak
that he can easily expand his praan in
universe and attains the capability of Kaal

Gyan.
After chanting, do the Hum beej procedure
again for 5 minutes. After Samarpan, get up
from the aasan and eat the Bhog of Kheer
yourself. During sadhna duration, sadhak
should use Besan (gram flour) item
necessarily. You will automatically know that
sadhna is in right direction. You will remember
the dream once you get up, with practice you
will start understanding its abstruseness. You
will start understanding the language of
dreams; with peaceful mind you will start
hearing those voices which cant be heard
normally. In other words, you can hear that
type of voice too which is not heard by normal
ears.
This sadhna cant be limited to any number of
days because if you do its practice daily for 1
hour then like Paanchaguli, Karnpisachani,
Karn Matangi, Devyaani sadhna you will be
able to see past and future. Beside it, you can
see and listen those activities and voices
which are invisible. I cant give the clear detail
of this secret since I have not got any
permission from Guru, so I have just given
hint. I have given the description of this
prayog for only those brothers-sisters who

have interest in understanding the secrets of
dreams, imbibing Para-science and Kaal
Darshan. There are such dimensions in
Mahavidya sadhna whose description is not
normally given in scriptures.
What is that Bhagwati Baglamukhi prayog by
which one can attain sharp mind,
remembrance power and Vaak Shakti in very
less time? Its description will be given in next
article.

Yes, only this meaning is inferred from above
sloka that All type of beauty manifested at
every place, in every creature or in other
words testimony to beauty of whole universe
is one and only Bhagwati Valgamukhi whose
blessing can end ugliness and transform it
into beauty
Very often, sadhak confine any Mahavidya or
Shakti to merely his own emotions and
thoughts which deprive sadhak from complete
manifestation of Shakti. For example, if we
consider Mahakaali sadhna capable of
destroying enemies only then it is our
deficiency, considering Bhagwati Lakshmi as
prosperity provider only is our shortcoming
.Reality is that all Shaktis have got all

dimensions within them .The nature of our
results varies in accordance with how we have
done sadhna. Which elements Dhayan we
have done with the Shakti?
Completeness of human life means that our
life is complete in all aspects , life is full of
wealth, children, control over
enemies,respect,health..but along with it,
it is very necessary for persons life to have
internal and external beauty; then only he
attains Kalas and develops qualities. Actually,
Bhagwati Valgamukhi is Shakti of Tripur
Sundari Kula and if a Shakti comes under the
Tripur Sundari Kula, then how can it not
provide beauty and prosperity. When correct
beej are used with mantras, then it definitely
yields desired results.
And when sadhna of Bagla Mukhi is done in
the form of Bhagwati Peetambara then it
definitely provides prosperity and beauty to
sadhak. If we consider her only to be supreme
deity of Stambhan then also it is inarguable
truth that she can stop any situation and
provides stability. Do you know that when
Lakshmi Keelan procedure (through which
Bhagwati Lakshmi is made stable in sadhaks
life) is done through sadhna then in its root, in

that particular mantra, Sookshma Beej prayog
of Bhagwati Baglamukhi is embedded
otherwise stabilization of Lakshmi cant be
made possible.
Do you know that Shakti of these particular
beej is implicit in some special moments or
Muhurat through which sadhak can fulfil his
desires. For example, Vakr Kaal contains the
destruction power of Mahakaali or Kaal
Bhairav and in this special time, if sadhna of
enemy-destruction or ucchatan is done, then
one definitely attains cherished siddhi. Sinha
(Leo) or Vrisabh (Scorpio) ascendant is the
time full of stabilization power of Bhagwati

to stabilize wealth is done then sadhak can

Generally, time from 4:30 A.M to sunrise is
called Poorn Saundarya Daata Kaal (Time
capable of providing complete beauty). If this
time is not used for sadhna then also if person
gets up during this time and feel the air then
he definitely attain a long life. And if in this
time, one lights the Til-oil lamp using cotton
coloured with turmeric after chanting Maaya

Beej Yukt Bhagwati Baglamukhi Beej then
he/she attain complete qualities of beauty.
Saundarya (beauty) has got the following
meaning:Attainment of complete manhood i.e. sperm
stambhan, Riddance from Diabetes,
consciousness in sperms (For this, benefit will
only be attained in case of weak sperm, not
when sperm are nil)

Here there is deep meaning of Saundarya
which one attains slowly and gradually
through sadhna .There is no cumbersome
procedure. Concentration and dedication of
sadhak paves the way forward to success for
him.
On Sunday morning, take bath in Brahma
Muhurat and wear yellow dhoti or yellow sari.
Sit while facing the north direction. After
doing Guru Poojan and Ganpati Poojan, light
Til oil lamp on Baajot in front of you. Lamp
should have cotton coloured with turmeric
and dried up accordingly. In the front of lamp,
there should be one copper container having
1 litre water. Do the poojan of that container
and lamp by turmeric only by pronouncing
OM PEETAMBARA SHAKTYAI NAMAH
and pray for your success. After that chant
mantra HLEEM HREENG HREEM HREEM

HREENG HLEEM NAMAH for 1 hour while
looking at wick of the lamp. After 10-15
minutes, light of that wick becomes more
golden and slowly existence of sadhak is
merged in this light. How time passes by,
nobody knows. Concentration of feeling keeps
on increasing. After chanting, after sunrise
drink the water of that container or if anyone
is unhealthy in house, then make him drink
also.
Do this procedure till Thursday. You yourself
can see the results and tell. All the
deficiencies due to which Saundarya (beauty)
of your life, thoughts, body or personality is
finished, they are removes and one attains
the beauty again, it may be pertaining to any
aspect of his life.

LAAKINI SADHNA
Sense of knowledge in human life is one such

fact which cant be ignored in any way. From
birth to death, person through his daily
activities, through his works, through his
thoughts and through his internal and
external dynamism develops consciousness,
tries to brighten up his identity. But in roots of
all this, the fact which by becoming the base
of all activities provides the inspiration to
develop consciousness, is sense of
knowledge. The dynamism of his work runs
according to its quantum of perception of
knowledge and type of knowledge he senses.
And this journey starts from Swa Bhaviti to
Aham Bramhaasmi. Because after attaining
complete knowledge and knowledge about
complete authority, persons consciousness
also moves towards it.It will become the base
of his works and dynamism. Prime Authority
behind composition of universe is Bramha and
his knowledge is Bramha knowledge. And
complete part of this Bramha is established in

all subtle to subtle things. Whole universe has
been created by fission of that complete
authority. And his prime fission was into two
parts-SadaShiv and Shakti. Moving forward,
their different parts in their split state become
inanimate and animate things.
Shakti represents female element. And her
infinite forms exist amongst all of us. No
consciousness exists in any solid until and
unless it is infused with Shakti. In our inner
and outer universe, base of our consciousness
is Shakti. And wherever it exists, it has got a
novel form.
One of the important differences between
human beings and other creatures is that
humans can develop their consciousness
infinitely. The form of prime Shakti (power) in
humans exists in their own body in form of
Kundalini. Thats why human beings do not
need any novel fact to discover and attain
external consciousness or in external form, no
ideological sentimental base is required for
it.He himself can attain complete Bramha
Knowledge by activation dormant powers
present inside him. Because everything that is
external is internal too. Thus, as Bramha and

universe are present externally, in the same
way they are present internally too.
And the complete universe embedded inside
human beings is in form of Kundalini only. All
letters and Maatrika powers are implicit in the
seven chakras of Kundalini from Muladhaar to
Sahastrar which are the beej of all gods and
goddesses and are the base of mantras.
Therefore, if they are activated and made
conscious then definitely one can accomplish
all goddesses and gods and base of all these
split form is Bramha only. Thus, it is procedure
to reach our own basic element. In this
manner, person successively completes
sadhna of god or goddess related to each
chakra. In reality, it is a difficult and patient
journey.
As it is clear that different forms of Shakti
becomes the base of any solid, dead, male
element or positive energy by Chetna
procedure. On this basis, every chakra has got
its own ruler Shakti relating to control and
flow in that corresponding chakra. This
supreme Shakti also has got its own different
forms which exist in middle of chakras. It is
natural that the goddess form related to

chakra is very much powerful and is always
ready to do well being of sadhak. Sadhak can
imagine that if Kundalini contains whole
universe, then what all ruler Shakti of its
prime chakra cant provide to sadhak?
In reality, sadhnas and sadhna padhatis of
these Shaktis have remain hidden and
abstruse since sadhak can definitely become
very powerful through these sadhnas.
Manipur chakra has been very much hidden
and secretive chakra. This chakra is centre of
Praan and possesses creative capability since
when person is in womb then his
consciousness is through the means of Navel
only. Besides this, ability of creation and
composition lies in this chakra. One can find
many mythological instances regarding it.This
surya or Fire form chakra has been the focal
point of body and fission of praans take place
here. Internal bodies of humans are tied to it
only. Actually, when Vaasna and subtle body
are separated from physical body, they is
connected to navel through Rajatrajju.
The prime Shakti of this chakra is Goddess
Laakini.Many forms of goddess exist in this
chakra and its sadhna padhati is said to be

very cumbersome, aggressive and hidden in
itself since after sadhna, sadhak attains many
benefits and in the sadhna of these Shakti ,
many time very fearful situation is created.
But sadhna presented here pertaining to
goddess is a peaceful sadhna. In it, no
fearful situation is created. Sadhak
attains many benefits from this sadhna
like riddance from disease, solution of all
stomach-related problems, development
of Yog-Shakti, development of
consciousness, attainment of mental
powers. But the most important
achievement of this sadhna is that
sadhak becomes capable to wander in
fourth dimension places. Sadhak attains
the capability that he activates his
internal body in body and enters fourth
dimension places, see these places
which cant be seen by normal vision and
can visit those Siddh places which cant
be visited by physical body generally. No
fearful situation is created in this
sadhna. It is possible that during sadhna
time, temperature of body may seem to
increase but there is no need to worry.
Sadhak should complete sadhna without

anxiety.
Sadhak can start this sadhna on any day. It
should be done after 10:00 P.M. Sadhak
should wear red dress and sit on red aasan.
Direction will be north.
Sadhak should light one oil-lamp in front of
himself. Besides this, nothing else is needed.
After it, sadhak should pronounce Laakini
Dhayan 11 times.

should close the eyes and pronounce below
mantra. Sadhak should chant 11 rounds of

Sadhak should do it for seven days.
Sadhak can have different type of
experiences in these 7 days. But after 7

DHAM( ) NAM() TAM( )THAM()
DAM() DHAM() NAM() but it has been
seen that after doing samput of prime
beej of Manipur, intensity of this mantra
increases. Besides it, as per
KankaalMaalini, samput of Guru Beej
should be given so that success is
ascertained. In this way, the mantra
becomes GUM RAM TAM() THAM()
DAM( ) DHAM( ) NAM() TAM( )

GUM which can give various types of
siddhis. Rosary should not be immersed.

Sadhak can chant this mantra in future
with it.
Those person who cant do entire
procedure, they daily at the time of
sleeping in night can close their eyes
and do mental pronunciation of this
mantra while concentrating on navel.
They can witness related experiences.

How one can attain success in sadhna? This

big question emerges in front of each and
every one of us .Suppose if someone gets
success due to his past life karma or due to
the fact that he has done that sadhna in his
past life then it cant be taken for granted that
he will attain success in coming sadhnas very
quickly. After all, why is it so? Reason behind
this is that we are unaware of various basic
facts, on which founding pillar of entire

sadhna path rests.
Because
all
this
hidden
things
and
abstruseness can be understood under the
divine lotus feet of Sadgurudev. Sadgurudev
has taught this Vidhaan very affectionately.
Though we consider his each sentence
as sentence of Brahma but we are not
able to evaluate his work and the fact
that why he told these particular things
at some particular place. When we are
not able to evaluate then we are not
able to understand its depthand
when we are not able to understand the
depth then we are not able to imbibe
that particular fact in our life so the
failure is almost certain.
But time has come that we should
understand each and every sentence of
Sadgurudev, especially what he has said
for every sadhak and sadhna and think
over it.We should move forward on this
path leaving our ego behind.
Firstly, our body is bound by various
curse, shortcomings and deficiencies. It
could be cursed for so many reasons like
causing harm to someone unnecessarily,

hurting some creature knowingly or
unknowingly or inaccurate worship of
god or goddess in some families or
ignoring Pitr/ancestors during some
particular days. Not only our entire body
but our whole life is keelit. We keep on
running here and there and no remedy
benefits us so first and foremost need is
to do Utkeelan of our body.
Now let us talk about parad of our body,
which we call as sperm (Also called Retas or
Bindu and part of Satv). If we see any blessing
given in ancient times then it was definitely
said Veeryavaan Bhav (Veerya means sperm
in English) because without Satv element this
life is lifeless.
But most pure part of our body is keelit
itself, impure and up till the time
Utkeelan of it is not done, it is not
purified, high-order success in sadhna is
distant dream.
We see this Retas element with some amazing
point of view whereas it is our parad. The way
Parad is the Satv element of Lord Shiva, Retas
is the Satv element of us. It is said that
success in sadhna is possible only when

sadhak and Saadhy (deity whose sadhna is
being done) becomes one but how it is
possible. Our most pure element is keelit then
how it will allow unification with our Isht. We
have to understand it from spiritual angle
rather than materialistic angle.
Because as this purest element Satv element
is purified, you will find that you can easily
purify the outer parad since last tantra, if is
related to outer parad, then tantra of our body
depends completely on this Satv element.
Not continuing these talks further..
In this procedure, Parad Swarn Anu Siddh
Golak plays important role. Those who have
this golak, they can do this procedure in front
of it and they will themselves feel that their
own parad will be purified and their Retas will
automatically get transformed into Ooj and
new lustre, new radiance will reflect on their
face.
But those who do not have this golak, they
need not worry. Rather they should also do
this procedure with full dedication daily before
doing sadhna or daily poojan. Definitely it will
take some more time since nobody

possesses the same ability as parad to
imbibe divinity. Therefore it will take more
time but the achievements after riddance
from this keelan like one will start getting
success in other sadhnas.every day this
procedure will consume some time but afterresults will be so pleasing that you will feel
that your hard-work in sadhna is fruitful.
You have to do this once after you are done
with preliminary procedure necessary before
any sadhna like Deh Shuddhi, Sankalp,
Sadgurudev Poojan, Lord Ganesh Poojan and
chanting of Guru Mantra.
But Vidhi is as follows
1. First chant Shaapodhar mantra 7 times
then chant mantra numbered 1 one time.
2 Again chant Shaapodhar mantra 7 times (in
other words every mantra has to be samputit
with Shaapodhar mantra (every mantra has to
be between two Shaapodhar mantra))
3 After it again chant mantra numbered 2 one
time. Then again chant Shaapodhar mantra 7
times.
In this manner, you have to do this with every
mantra i.e. 18 mantras. In this way, one day
process ends. After it, you can do sadhna
which you wish to do. Slowly and gradually

you will find yourself that an amazing
transformation has started coming inside you.
This procedure is not arbitrary. Just look at
first mantra. Retas mentioned in it is nothing
but your bindu, Satv element.
In reality, it is an amazing process which
should be done by every person .One should
make it as necessary part. You will definitely
get the results. Vidhaan of doing procedure in
this way has been directed by Sadgurudev
only. Now it depend on particular person how
much importance he/she gives to this Vidhaan

Normal meaning of this sloka, described
in Prashnoupnashid is merely this that
He Praan, You are Indra. In your
completely powerful form, you are in
Rudra form and are the intensity of
destruction and at the same time you are
the one who saves us from this intensity.
You, while continuously transmitting
forms of sun in visible and invisible
universe, expand all types of light, being
their master or ruler (Ruler of these

lights).
However this sloka has got special
meaning in Tantra scripture. If it is used
with understanding then sadhak definitely
attains complete Sammohan capability
and prosperity. Beside this, he also attains
complete security in his life. Whenever
we talk about Maa Bhagwati Valgamukhi,
then we have only considered attainment
of stambhan quality and capability to
have full control over enemies as last
goal, but reality is somewhat different.
Because there is no form of Bhagwati
Aadya Shakti which is incomplete in itself.
In other words, prayer and sadhna of any
form can provide you all that which you
have imagined anytime
Ichha Maatren Srishtim Bhavet
In other words, all which can be imagined
or all which is beyond imagination can be
attained merely by desire of Aadi Shakti.
Because probably we forget the fact that
our imagination cant originate in our

imagination until and unless Para Shakti
does not wish so.
All forms of Mahavidyas represent some
element or the other, like Bhagwati
Chinmasta represents Shunya element
(emptiness or vacuum).Mahakaali
represents fire element. In the similar
manner Bhagwati Baglamukhi is the ruler
of Praan element.Uptill the time, sadhaks
Mool Uts is not completely activated,
sadhak can only attain the blessings of
her associate powers. However complete
Aatm Saamipyakaran (closeness to soul)
is possible only when we activate our
Mool Uts and make that Sootra conscious,
which connoisseur of Aagam scripture
know by the name of Atharva Sootra.
There are many misconceptions spread
among sadhaks regarding this Sootra.
However the reality is that that
existence of sadhak which is called
relative universal existence in scientific
language can be present anywhere in this
universe and connection of it with our

materialistic body is possible only after
activation and expansion of this very
Sootra. Complete attainment of all
vigyans coming under Praan element is
possible only through Atharva Sootra,
activated and attained by this Mahavidya
sadhna. May it be abstruse Surya
Vigyanam or the divine field of Praan
Vigyan. Expanding ones own praan in
this whole universe and doing Poorn
Brahmand Bhedan is possible only
through this sadhna. Bhedan and
complete control over 49 Marutgan and 5
praans coming under the authority of
Manipur Chakra is possible only by
Baglamukhi sadhna
Sadhak can establish contact with both
Para and Apara world by expanding Praan
element and can introduce himself to
novel knowledge through novel facts.
Though more than thousands of basic
sadhna process and mantra are in vogue
among sadhaks to attain the excellence
and divinity of this Mahavidya which I

would try to describe in this series
successively but if one has to experience
contact with Para Apara world by only
expanding Praan Shakti, then Sadhak can
experience the expansion of that Praan
Shakti by merely mantra chanting of
Vidaalmukhi Yakshini, which is one of
many Yakshini among under this amazing
MahaVidya. Sadhna of this yakshini
provides complete favour for success in
sadhna of Bhagwati.
There are no special rules. On any
Saturday midnight sadhak has to wear
yellow clothes and sit on yellow blanket(In
absence of yellow blanket, one can take
blanket of any colour and spread yellow
colour shawl or yellow colour silky/woollen
cloth over it and sit on it). Direction will
be north. Light one til oil lamp in front of
you on Baajot. Chant OM MEN MEN
VIDAALMUKHI SWAHA for three hours
with full concentration..he will himself
get introduced to intensity of feelings and
expansion of Praans. (Before basic Jap,

Guru Poojan and Ganpati poojan along
with Deep Poojan is necessary so that
complete security is attained)
Just getting introduced to any Vidhi is not
the quality of sadhak, rather after
attaining Vidhaan, doing it practically is
quality of real sadhak.
