Announcing the 2015 School Justice Partnerships Certificate Program - The Center for Juvenile Justice
Reform (CJJR) at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy is pleased to announce that
the application window for the inaugural 2015 School-Justice Partnerships Certificate Program:
Fostering Success for Youth At Risk is now open through July 10, 2015. The program will run September

Proposed Rule Open for Your Comments - The Health IT Certification Criteria (2015 Edition) proposed
rule serves as a key component in the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information
Technology's (ONC) commitment to establishing an interoperable nationwide health information
infrastructure. The 2015 Edition of the proposed rule builds on the foundation established with the 2011
and 2014 Editions, and incorporates changes designed to foster innovation, open new market
opportunities, and provide more choices to the care community when it comes to electronic health

Health Affairs Blog Post on Reducing Inappropriate Psychotropic Prescribing for Children and Youth In
Foster Care - This blog highlights key lessons for states in developing psychotropic medication oversight
and monitoring programs. Kamala Allen, CHCS vice president for program operations and director of
child health quality, draws from the experiences of six states participating in CHCS' quality improvement
collaborative to illustrate how these lessons can be operationalized to improve outcomes for this
