Directly responsible for the administration and the negotiation of airport lease agreements for three
regional airlines, the administration and the negotiation of lease agreements for the corporate
headquarters, analyzed the financial impact of operating budgets for all airport locations and
represented Republic Airways in its business with the airport operators, landlords and other air carriers
regarding airport development projects, facility requirements and operating/capital budgets.

◊ Relocated corporate headquarters from a 15,400 square foot facility into a 36,800 square foot facility
by engaging the services of an architect, space planner and construction company to assist with the
build-out.
