Year Level

In order to guarantee the child's place in the class, a deposit of 10% of the total
annual fee must be paid. The deposit is non- refundable.
Note:
Payment one time for a school year on August 10th, 2009
Payment three installments for a school year: 1st payment on August 10th, 2009
2nd payment on November 10th, 2009
3rd payment on March 10th, 2010

Fees can be paid in two installments without penalty, or in smaller increments, but will
then incur a 5% processing fee. Specific payment arrangements other than the standard
payment plan can be discussed with the Headteacher only.
Late Enrollment: The School accepts late new enrollments, depending on seat availability
and potential disruption to existing classes. For a student enrolling at Saigon Star
International School after the beginning of the academic year, the following fees will apply:

Refund Policy: For students whose full required school fees were paid in advance, on
time, at the beginning of the academic year (not by installment plan) the following refund
policy and schedule is applied according to the date of departure from the school for any
reason. The parent must complete the standard Withdrawal From and process in order to
obtain a proper refund. There is no refund of any Installment payments already paid to the
school according to the installment schedule:

Discounts:
A 5% discount will be applied to tuition fees for a second child of the same family attending
Saigon Star International School. A 10% discount will be applied to tuition fees for the third
child. A 15% discount will be applied to tuition fees for the fourth and subsequent children
of the same family attending Saigon Star International School.

Additional Cost
Breakfast - $300/year.
Transportation is also available from certain locations. One way is $50/month and return is
$100/month.
The school supplies all education text and many supplementary materials. However,
students are responsible for their personal supplies (pencils, notebooks, colours, etc), school
uniform, field-trip expenses.

Payment of Fees
Parents are responsible to pay the applicable school fees before the pupil can attend school
classes. If the parents employer undertakes to pay the school fees, such employer must
send a letter to the school confirming that it is responsible for the payment of the fees. The
school must receive this confirmation letter before the pupil can attend school classes.
