HELP
K.P.Bugh Jame Mashed is serving the needs of the

Islamic Community in K.P.Bugh, Panchasar, District
Munshiganj, Bangladesh and participates in the wider
community. The masjid has progressed tremendously leading
religious proceedings and talks in hospitals, schools, prison
services and the community at large. We also have a large
student population and professionals from different
countries mainly from the Middle East, playing an important
role in the masjid.
Our community members helps the community of members
from all over the world especially from Gulf countries. To this
end, we offer various Islamic services to the community and
wish to develop the masjid further. We have planning
permission to build a new masjid InshaAllah.

protect and preserve this
heritage Mashed before it is too late.

ABOUT
To find supports & sponsorships as well as donations from other

organizations and the public locally and internationally.
To establish a permanent building for masjid & cultural center of
Muslim community in K.P.Bugh.
To provide efficient service and dawah for Muslims in K.P.Bugh.
REASONS
The reasons why a permanent building for masjid and cultural
center is urgently needed in K.P.Bugh Society are listed as
follows.
Population of Muslims in K.P.Bugh Society increases gradually
every year and the growth is likely to continue despite various
factors.
Lack of space in current house for Jumah prayer and other
activities due to growing number of Jemaah.
Current place to have Islamic education is not conducive for
Muslims community in K.P.Bugh Society especially children and
Muallafs (converts).
K.P.Bugh Society now is more than 30 years old compared
with other prefectures much younger Islamic groups who
already built a masjid. It is time for K.P.Bugh Society to have its
own masjid.
Recent conversations about Islam in media mass have
developed interest among K.P.Bugh Society. A strong demand of
a masjid is necessary to strengthen dawah activities as well as
Islamic culture information center in K.P.Bugh Society.

For the Mashed has been formulated. The development

envisages an expanded multi-purpose Mashed building with
basement K.P.Bugh Society Islamic Culture center and
parking, a main prayer hall on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor and a
Ablution ditch, Zanaja prayer area on the Ground floor as per
the detailed plans. A Development Committee has been set
up to work along side with a new Board of Trustees to
oversee the construction which is estimated to cost BDT:
5,00,00,000/- tk. The Committee is hopeful that sufficient
funds / donations will be forthcoming in the coming weeks
so that the work of dismantling the existing Mashed and
construction of the new building can begin immediately
inshAllah. All Muslims are urged to join hands to save and
build this heritage mosque by contributing generously in
cash and in kind. For further information please contact the
Development Committee.

library based only on Quran & Sunnah) and Quran / Arabic, Arabic to
Bangali coaching classes for then children. Praise be to Allah, we have
already (Wakf) the land for the proposed Masjid- Total 10 Desimal.
