Resumen:
El presente artculo intenta aproximarse a la descripcin de las dificultades
epistemolgicas existentes en un conjunto de tesis doctorales sustentadas en la
Universidad Nacional de Educacin Enrique Guzmn y Valle - UNE (Per). Las
motivaciones de este estudio surgen a partir de los obstculos evidenciados en el
abordaje terico de las tesis y en los vacos del discurso existente durante el acto
de la sustentacin de la tesis doctoral. Para ello se consider el anlisis de 17
investigaciones presentadas durante los aos 2013 2014.La metodologa
empleada fue de naturaleza documental focalizando la atencin en las tesis de
grado y en los documentos normativos institucionales; pero tambin es emprica
cualitativa ya que se rescatan las voces de los tesistas quienes fueron
entrevistados con el fin de profundizar la bsqueda de respuestas en relacin a los
hallazgos obtenidos. La tcnica de anlisis documental se bas en el anlisis
crtico y de contenido de la construccin terica evidenciadas en las tesis
doctorales.
Los

resultados

obtenidos

permitieron

identificar

determinados

obstculos

epistemolgicos los mismos que subyacen en el discurso terico de los tesistas.

Abstract:
This article attempts to approach the description of the epistemological difficulties
present in a set of doctoral theses sustained at the National University of Education
"Enrique Guzmn y Valle" UNE (Per). The motivations of this study arise from
barriers evidenced in the theoretical approach of the thesis and in the gaps of
existing speech during the act of defense of the doctoral thesis. This analys is of 17
research presented for the years 2013 considered-2014.La methodology was
nature documentary focusing attention on the thesis and institutional politic
documents; but it is also qualitative empirical as the voices of postgraduate
students who were interviewed in order to intensify the search for answers
regarding the findings are rescued. The documentary analysis technique based on
critical analysis and theoretical content of proposed construction in the doctoral
thesis.
