Eucharistic procession TODAY, May 10, 9:00 pm

Join us for a Eucharistic Procession from the

UCC to the UT Tower TODAY, Sunday, May
10th around 9:00 pm (following the 8 oclock
pm Mass).
48 hour dead day adoration

Immediately following the Eucharistic

Procession to the UT Tower, the Eucharist will
be exposed in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel for
48 hours, until 9:00 pm, Tuesday, May 12. Come spend some
time with Our Lord before finals!
Special collection For Nepal May 23-24

The Diocese of Austin will take up a

special collection on the weekend of
May 23-24, 2015, for the work of
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Nepal
to assist those who have suffered as a
result of the 7.8-magnitude earthquake
which struck April 25, toppling buildings and homes, causing
widespread panic, and claiming thousands of lives. CRS is the
official humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the U.S.
and is already responding to urgent needs for shelter, water, and
food in Nepal. For more information, go to CRS.org.

An ongoing weekly opportunity to talk with

other men in an attempt to balance a spiritual

A Word from Our Ministry Team

In todays Gospel, Jesus reminds his disciples of
Gods commandment that we love one another.
The UCC has been tremendously blessed by a
supportive, generous, andmost importantly
loving community of students and
parishioners. Your donations to this springs
Matching Gift Weekend fundraiser a few weeks
ago helped us once again to reach our goal of $70,000 in funds for
the UCC. Praise God and THANK YOU! Everyone that calls the
UCC home contributes to it; even the smallest acts of generosity
impact us in a big way. Every single person is important to the
success of our ministry. Thank you for showing us your support
and your love!
This past Friday was also the last day of classes at UT. With Finals
Week fast approaching, let us offer up prayers of knowledge and
peace for all of our students. Graduation is just a few weeks away,
also. Let us give thanks for the terrific group of seniors that we
have here! These students are an exceptional bunch who have
terrifically exemplified Christs commandment to love one another
to the fullest. To our seniors, congratulations! We cannot wait to
see how the Lord will use each of you to advance His Kingdom,
and please know that you will always have a spiritual home at the
UCC.

St. Austins Adult Volleyball extends an open

invitation to join them for volleyball and fellowship
any Thursday evening starting at 7:30 pm in the
Parish Center/Gym at 21st & San Antonio.

is welcome to play. No commitment is necessarywe form teams
with whoever shows up, and we typically stay and play for a few
