1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

VQMS core leadership group comprises a team of corporate governance experts (Mentor,
Trainer, Implementer, Educator, Knowledge booster & service providers) and experienced
minds committed to the idea of giving knowledge and customer satisfaction for end users.
VQMS (Vigorous Quality Management System), is a team of highly experienced and
acknowledged experts in the field of the Training, Consultation and Outsourcing services for
national and international boundaries in Lean Six Sigma, Quality & Processes
Management and other Corporate boundaries (Corporate Governance Management).

This core group brings with it experience in terms of both business strategy as well as
customer satisfaction across the globe. One of the strongest reasons for our rapid growth has
been the continuous dedication and strength of our team. What started off with just a vision
has today led to a consolidated group of professionals working closely to translate the vision
into concrete functionality leading, in turn, to sustained ROI for a client group that today
spans the entire globe.
This Project aims at. To study the use of promotional tools and techniches for making
branding of VQMS Pvt Ltd for professionals, corporate and institution in Delhi-NCR
.
The project is scheduled to be in four phases:

The first phase aimed at Introduction and basics of VQMS Management and

Principles
In the second phase on field activity Data gather, Survey & Marketing.
In the third phase, focus was on digital Marketing and client acquisition.
In the fourth and last phase assessment, along with analysis and submission of project,
recommendations and suggestions for further improvement were presented to the
team at VQMS.

2. INTRODUCTION

PROJECT

As per , there is a strong urge in our society to come out century old saying Developing
Country as a brand image to Developed Country status. To become developed nation, we
must have strong competitive lead in these two broad domains. Legalization or Law used to
be the standard for Developed Country and Quality which is very essential tool to achieve
this for future sustenance.
Aim behind conducting this project is to study HR & Marketing Management opportunity in
the field of Corporate Quality & Governance Management at VQMS Pvt Ltd for professional,
corporate and institution in Delhi-NCR Region. In our efforts to provide our client company
with the desired facilities, we ensure to improve ourselves with the respective industry trends
& developments. Further, we come to common parlance with our clients regarding their
requirements & our services.
After the whole process of consultation & implementation is planned & decided by both
parties, we seamlessly integrate ourselves with the client company's existing teams.
At VQMS, We ensure that our client considers our team of consultants & trainers as an
extension of their staff dedicated to the creation, implementation and maintenance of the
companys quality management system. Our management programs & on-going services are
designed to minimize any disruption in the day-to-day operations of the client company.

PROJECT
This project was carried out in the organization towards Corporate Quality & Governance
Management of corporate and institution for Sales/ Marketing / HR / Management. To carry
out this project sampling has been done to target potential market. Secondary research was
conducted. Data was collected from the corporate websites, institutional websites, online
articles, online published data & internal record.
Many other techniques and concepts of business research methodology like primary data
collection method is used. Primary data collected through questionnaires, face to face
interview, street surveys and by using social media.

Dr. R. Prakash (Director)

With over 30+ yrs of experience in serving at Defense Services, (Army).

He has leaded a team of various departments and verticals serving almost every
region and territory of Indian national boundaries.

He has also leaded the team in year 1989 for keeping peace, under the peace-mission
at SriLanka.

Mr. Ravi Prakash is a born leader with knowledge and certifications of various
domains like science, journalism, pharmacy, administrations and management.

He has a strong understanding of creating and defining processes of various domains


and verticals of different industry. He has seen the market evolve over the years and
has leveraged his national and international experience to ensure that VQMS stays on
the growth curve.

Mr. Ravi Prakash doesn't just understand business administration and management; he
also has the strong professional and cultural values to build a team for the future.

Adv. Virender Kumar Gupta (VP: LegalCriminal)

Mr.V.K Gupta is a Senior Advocate & member of Bar Council of India, Meerut, UP
(Allahabad Region).

A Commerce and Law graduate from Meerut University, Mr. Gupta is a great thinker,
philosopher and ideologists with innovative ideas.

He has over 35 yrs of experience in handling criminal cases and is practicing at Civil
Court, Meerut, UP, for providing justice to victims of various types of crimes and
providing satisfactory results to his clients.

He not only understands Law and Jurisdiction, but possesses sound knowledge in
Administration and management.

Mr. V. K Gupta has the strong communication skills and is capable of building team
of qualified professionals and technical expertise.

Strong in handling cases of Govt bodies, to fight against corruption.

Presently associated with VQMS as visiting Sr. Consultant/Advisory Board member


for Legal domain

Mr. G. Atish (Non-Executive Director)

With over 16 yrs of experience in serving for various organization and bodies like
Army hospital(R&R), NIHFW, NIPCED, IIFT Deemed University (under Min of
Commerce).

Mr. Atish, doesn't just understand Personnel Administration & management, he also
has the strong communication skills to build team of professionals and technical
expertise.

He is MA (Eng), MBA (HR), MPhil and various diplomas in IT, Admin and
management.

Presently working in personnel & administration management at High Court.

He is blessed with innovative ideas and creative thought process of creating leaders
by identifying strengths of peoples and strong in policies and processes frameworks.
He is highly skilled to lead right off from the front.

Adv. AnujGoel (Principal Consultant - Director)

With 15 years of experience in IT and Quality Management, Anuj has seen the market
evolve over the years and has leveraged his national and international projects
experience to ensure that VQMS stays on the growth course he helped conceptualize
and formulate.

He is An experienced Quality professional served clients for more than 7 countries


including USA, UK, UAE, Kuwait, Dubai, Burgan, Bahrain and India for companies
like DOEACC, Nippon Data, Sysco, Neel Metals Pvt Ltd, JBM, Pulsar Knowledge
Center Pvt Ltd, Mind mill Software Ltd, Pyramid IT Consulting etc..

He is M.Com, MCA, LLB, MBA (IT) & Lean & Six Sigma Expert, HDASM, ITIL
certified, Lead Auditor for (ISO, ISMS).

Mr. Anuj has implemented CMMi-V Dev Ver1.2 at Mindmill Software Ltd, with High
maturity practices implementation.

Mr. Anuj is Providing Quality consulting & training to more than 250 office
executives in India and around 5 International clients on various Standards and best
practices like Six Sigma, Lean, CMMi-3/5, ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Disaster

certified, ISO 9001, ISMS, CIC (IGNOU), Dip in Data preparation and Computer
software, Post Diploma in Computer Science and System Analysis.

Mr. Sarvesh has been part of BLB Ltd, BIFM for over 10+ yrs and led the team for
IT-Network-security practices implementation.

Mr. Sarvesh is Providing Coordination-Consulting & Training to more than 100 office
executives in India and around 5 International clients on various Standards and best
practices.

Mr. Sarvesh doesn't just understand IT and Quality; he also has the professional and
technical expertise required to lead right off from the front.

Mr. Sarvesh has imparted Standards-framework awareness training to approx 50+ Sr.

Dr. RamanathNayak (Sr. Consultant - Public Policy Expert-NGO)

With over 15 years of enriching experience and exposure to best of Non-Profit (NGO)
Sector, Government sector and Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies.

Having expertise in project management, communication, leadership, and


professional specialization for multi-tasking, towards organizing conferences/
seminars/ workshops, etc...

Major focus has been on the issues of Livelihood, Employment, Child rights, Distress
Migration, Labor problem, MDG, Development Planning, etc. with rights
perspectives.

Got Masters and Doctoral Degree in Political Science, with a specialization in policy
study, from the Centre for Political Studies, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal
Nehru University, and New Delhi.

Got excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong communication skills to

Presently working with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights
(NCPCR) as Sr. Consultant (child Trafficking and Juvenile Justice).

Also associated with VQMS as Visiting Sr. Consultant / Participatory Board member
for policy issues and making efforts to bridge the digital gaps through capacitating
community leadership.

Adv. Ashok Kumar Kushwaha (Manager: Legal)

Mr.Ashok Kushwaha is a Senior Advocate & member of Bar Council of India,


Meerut, UP (Allahabad Region).

He is A Law graduate and Gold Medalist in LLM, from Meerut University, Mr.
Kushwaha is a great thinker with innovative ideas.

He has over 8 yrs of experience in handling criminal cases and is practicing at Civil

This project is a Principle consultant-Director project and falls within the scope of
Organizational Development. Organizational Development at VQMS includes responsibilities
like mapping opportunities, learning & development, promotion & client acquisition.

VQMS (Vigorous Quality Management System) is a team of highly experienced and


acknowledged experts in the field of the Training, Consultation and Outsourcing services for
national and international boundaries in Lean Six Sigma, Quality & Processes Management

Student will be trained on the entire marketing of company. They will be assigned the work

over it. They need to develop their own potential market as a Professional via VQMS

1. Paucity of time was a constraint .This project had dealt with two aspects.
Study of the retailers related program research which is done extensively
Web based retail -Huge amount of data is complied for which proposals could
have be drawn similar to proposals made for retailer's program at stores .In
future this data could be used while VQMS look into web based retail as an
option for business
2. For the web based study the data for all the retailers is collected through website. At a
number of times the information given is not complete.
3. The data as given on the website is changed at number of occasions, such as in case of
sale the selling price is changed many times .Thus, while doing the analysis with the
prices on a particular date may not be applicable after a period of time.
