III CONCLUSIONES
La esquizofrenia, es una enfermedad muy compleja que envuelve
muchos factores, por lo tanto es un poco difcil tratar de describir, cada
uno de sus efectos, genticos, ambintales, metales y sicolgicos.
Pero lo que realmente me parece importante resaltar es que es una
enfermedad muy interesante que padecemos los seres humanos, por
eso se me ocurri la idea evolucionista y encontr muchos datos que
muestran parcialmente los estudios realizados en este campo.
Por lo tanto se pude concluir que la pregunta clave es si podemos
explicar la esquizofrenia nicamente por bases genticas o si factores
ambientales la justifican total o parcialmente y si es el caso cual es la
interaccin entre factores genticos y ambientales, y como se pudo ver
la relacin ambiental tiene una evidencia muy robusta pero es muy
susceptible, a otros factores que pueden estar influyendo sobre esta, al
igual que los estudios realizados nos demuestran que existe una base
gentica, todava no muy conclusa, pero existe, para comenzar a abrir
mas el estudio en el campo gentico, que igualmente a realizado
estudios que se estn aproximando a la identificacin de diferentes
locus genticos, como se menciono durante la discusin. Aunque no es
un hecho todava. La gentica nos acerca mas a entender la razn de
muchas enfermedades multifactoriales como lo es la esquizofrenia.
Me pareci importante y relevante mostrar los diferentes aspectos de
esta enfermedad, y como cada sntoma se manifiesta de tal manera que
fuera posible, tener en cuenta muchos sntomas, y pensar en muchas
razones por la cual se puede dar esta enfermedad.
