The person is not a perfect in all context of his life. He has the limited mind and mind thinking
approaches. It is guidance form the Almighty Allah that shows the man light in the darkness and
the person find his way in this light. Without his helping light, person is nothing but a helpless
creation.
The teaching of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) were also the continuous source of
guidance for me especially his order to getting knowledge and fulfilling once duty honestly was
key motivation force for me.
With prayer of my Parents and sport of my Teachers it becomes possible to formulate this

required by the university as a degree requirement for MBA program.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the guideline issued by the department. The
report is practical application of whatever I have studied as a Master in Business Administration
of National University of Modern Languages. In this report, I have covered the introduction of
HMB, detail of my working and learning in the Bank, impact of internship in career in future.
During my internship days I was rotated in different department of the Bank and finally attached
with Executive of the entire department. I worked on different assignments given to me. I feel
that this experience would be of great help in future.
I have put all the efforts to summarize my knowledge and experience in this report, to make it

INTRODUCTION
1.1 Sapphire at Glance
One of the largest manufacturers and exporters of textile products in Pakistan, Sapphire
technology comes from Europe, Japan and USA. Capitalizing on the regions principal crop,
cotton, we source this locally, and augment our offerings by providing imported fiber from the
worlds best crops. We work with specialized fibers bringing in the newest innovations from
major fiber and chemical producers, and our manufacturing from yarn to finished fabric is
performed in our facilities in Pakistan. Synergies are formed with offshore garment
manufacturing companies. Our products are marketed to the industry's biggest names in Asia,
Europe, Australia, and North America.
Over 14,000 employees. Annual turnover US $ 435 Million

Textile accounts for over 60 % of the total exports.
