We are writing to you to express our deep appreciation for the governments initiative to invite
investment opportunities under the brand Digital India: 2020.
Global FranTech Group is an International Partner for Technology Transfer, Financial Funding

We intent to look forward to invest in couple of projects under Digital India: 2020 such as,

1.2. Socialized Insurance.
1.3. New Banking System - Global Clear Banking India IDC's Data Centers (IDC Mobile
Modular Banking Units for 100 Smart Cities).

As the initial step, we request for a formal invitation from the government of India. The invitation
is to present and finalize the investment proposal.
Kindly find the brief of projects taken up by Global FranTech Group
1. New Internet Broadband via power lines which allows the lowest level communities with
electricity to be connected and receive tele-medicine, education, tele-comm services,
television with other services, at a cost of FIVE DOLLARS ($5) per household. It also
allows for close control by power generating companies so nobody steals the electricity
anymore if they want the internet service.

2. New Type Housing Construction. We have contracts with the governments of China,
Algeria, Tunisia, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Ivory Coast, Mali and other countries
to build the High Tech Factories which manufacture the new prefab housing
technology at 80% lower cost than market.
3. Vertical Farming. We can manufacture food in massive scale to reduce foreign
dependency of grains such as corn in Mexico imported from USA. Details of the project
can be submitted on request.
4. Jathrophia Farming. We now have the machine technology to transform the seeds into
electricity, clean water and to mill other grains for the communities, the cost per unit is
100,000.00 USD. We have an offer from the Government of the state of Puebla in
Mexico for 130,000 hectares to begin.
5. Education. We are working with the best top education experts in France and Germany
to develop computer software for "OLPC" educational programs.
6. Waste to Energy. We have the world class technology to recycle any kind of waste and
make bio-fuel and also sell the recycled wood, paper, glass, steel and other materials
at very low cost. We have a contract in place to excavate the Munchen, Germany
landfill and recover all the thousands of tons of deposited solid waste.

Please advise the areas in which Indian Government is interested in developing jointly with
FranTech Helping Hand Project Funding LLC foundation and FranTech Neutral Zone
Federation India.

2. Tender (Proposal) from Govt. of India on above mentioned projects
3. Request to include FranTech Neutral Zone Federation on the Govt. of India bidders
list for the above mentioned projects.
