JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the construction of the
Biogas plants which would be situated adjacent to the Palm Oil Mill.
This will encompass:
All project management related aspects
Development & execution of key activities to achieve the desired quality, budgeted
cost and delivery timeline
Liaise with the team on site and coordinate activities with suppliers and subcontractors
Liaise with the Engineering team on its inputs for the project implementation
Draft progress reports and monthly reports
Prepare budget follow up with F&A department
Participating in the review of engineering designs, BQs, requests for quotation and
purchase
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to specification, drawing, requirement
and perform quality check
Attending site meetings whenever needed
Organising local logistics in line with budget allocations
Reporting on progress of works and processing sub-contractors request of payments
Recording all construction changes occurred compared with original drawings for
preparation of as built drawings
- The successful applicant will possess an Engineering degree in the fields of in Civil,
Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical with a minimum of 5 years experience handling civil,

mechanical and electrical works in partnership with different sub-contractors.

- You will have exposure to handling construction projects in remote sites with a
number of challenges related to logistics and installation. You will have experience in
managing sub-contractors and suppliers, working to a timeline, preparing a budget
and ensuring it is met so you deliver the project on time and at cost.
- You must be prepared to be flexible in terms of hours worked and location base as
well as being open to extensive travel. You will have strong communication skills, be
fluent in English and Bahasa and be open to a new challenge in a growing sector
utilising Market leading technology Experience in the Palm Oil or Waste water Industry
would be an advantage.
