described in paragraph 2, in whole or in part, individually or as part of a collective work, in
any format, for the Authorized Purpose described in paragraph 3.

3. AUTHORIZED PURPOSE:
Unless otherwise indicated in the usage restrictions below, the Material and any derivatives may be used by ANSYS for any
purpose including but not limited to: public relations, marketing, sales, case studies pitched to the media, brochures, advertising,
direct mail campaigns, annual reports, and Web site content.

4. Company has all rights to grant this license to ANSYS and the Material does not violate the copyrights or other rights of any third
party. Alternatively, if a third party has any rights in the Material, then Company submits this Agreement with the following box
completed in its entirety. The Material is not controlled by any export law that would limit ANSYSs ability to use the Material.
IF APPLICABLE:
THIRD PARTY APPROVAL: If submission of the Material to ANSYS requires approval from a third party, including one of your
customers contracting the services of your organization on a consultative basis to generate models and/or perform simulations, then
each third party must sign below indicating their agreement. Use additional forms if necessary.

5. This is the complete agreement between the parties on this subject matter and supersedes all previous oral or written
