Do you know what freelance work is? What are the pros and cons of working as a freelancer?
Eg: With regard to the prons, you are not accountable to anyone but yourself. Working for a
number of employers gives you an insight into different companies. It can be more lucrative, and
its good not to have to rely solely on one company.Working from home makes it easier to juggle
work and family responsibilities. As for the other hand, no guaranteed income and no additional
financial benefits (eg pension). You will encounter quiet periods, a degree of isolation and perhaps
loneliness. Work can encroach upon your home life and your free time.
Discuss some controversial issues:
1. Some companies pay large bonuses to top-performing employees to reward professional success.
To what extent do you think this practice is good for companies and their employees?
