Key skills required for the job are: Performance Testing(Mandatory) Performance
Analysis(Mandatory) As a Senior Test Engineer you should able to devise Test Strategy, review
test plan, traceability matrix and ensure usage of tools for optimization. You should be able to
ensure the availability test environment, design test and defect reporting formats and manage
the team. You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure
timely reporting and response to stakeholders. Minimum work experience:3 - 5 Years

Exp Level - 4 yrs

1) Expertise in performance testing tools LoadRunner,
2) Must know how to create scripts, create scenarios, execute tests and analyse results
3) Must have executed 7-10 Performance testing projects

1. 4+ years experience in performance testing

2. Proprficiency with Load Runner and other performance tools.
3. Setup, running, reporting, and analyzing results.
4. Proficiency with performance testing of client-server interaction languages and techniques.
5. Good communication skills

Applicants for employment in the United States must possess valid work authorization status.
Highly skilled in Performance & Scalability Testing. 5-6 years minimum technical testing experience with HP
Performance Center, HP LoadRunner with at least 3 years of hands on experience with requirement gathering,
scripting, running performance tests, result analysis & presentation
Experience with scripting and testing at least one complex protocol (e.g. Citrix, Flex, Siebel, Oracle, QTP)
Ability to understand requirements and translate requirements to correct test set up and design
Ability to develop a test plan as required
Extensive experience designing load test scenarios to validate systems ability to provide service in compliance
with the SLA
Demonstrated ability to perform analysis of test and system metrics to identify sources of performance and
scalability issues and associated risks
Ability to gather requirements for scalability testing of applications including integration with other systems and
quickly understand implications to test effort, schedule and test execution plan
Experience working with a variety of databases, e.g. SQLServer & Oracle
Ability to work independently as required
Ability to analyze an application and determine the correct method for testing.
Ability to generate reports from test results with minimal rework

 Ability to troubleshoot script related issues, tune, debug, and provide performance recommendations.
Ability to setup scenarios on controller and perform test execution
