This is to acknowledge the receipt of the sum of
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 180,000. 00)
Philippine Currency, from AVELINO ABAQUITA MELENDRES
III in behalf of THERESA FERLAS G. ENJAMBRE in partial
payment of a loan of sum of money obligation secured by
a Mortgage Contract entered into between the latter, as
the mortgagor, and the undersigned as the mortgagee,
over a parcel of land situated in Barangay Dumlog,
Talisay City, Cebu. The amount received shall be
applied first against the interest of the principal
amount.
The amount of money received forms part of the
consideration of the sale of parcels of land covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 102-2013002687 and
102-2013002687.
