I. TUJUAN
Dokumen ini bertujuan untuk
menjelaskan
langkah-langkah
proses rig up snubbing unit/HWU
225K/340K
untuk
meyaknikan
keselamatan kerja bagi semua
personil yang terlibat.

I. PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT

The purpose of this document is to
explain step by step of rigging up
process
of
snubbing
unit/HWU
225K/340K to ensure safety for all
personnel involved.

This procedure is applicable to Hydra

on offshore working area

Personil yang terlibat harus telah

sertifikasi
pesawat
angkat
dari
lembaga
yang
berwenang.
Penggunaan alat pelindung diri
standar
diwajibkan
dalam
pekerjaan ini, ditambah dengan
alat pelindung diri untuk bekerja di
ketinggian.
Gunakan radio untuk komunikasi
yang efektif.

VII.
PROSEDUR
1. Pastikan ijin kerja telah dibuat
dan telah disetujui oleh pemilik
otoritas lokasi kerja.
2. Yakinkan bahwa kondisi sumur
yang akan dikerjakan telah
terisolasi
dari
jalur
pipa
produksi.
3. Periksa dan catat tekanan
sumur SICP dan SITP.
4. Pastikan ball valve dan SCSSV
dalam keadaan terbuka.
5. Ablas tekanan casing dan
tubing ke atmosper.
6. Jika sumur masih bertekanan
lakukan pencatatan tekanan
alir sumur.
7. Lakukan pekerjaan mematikan
sumur.
8. Observasi
tekanan
sumur
selama 15 menit dan pastikan
sumur dalam kondisi tidak
bertekanan.
9. Ablas tekanan pada control line
untuk menutup SCSSV.
10.Pasang BPV di tubing hanger.
11.Bongkar wing valve dan choke
body, pasang blind flange pada
jalur pipa produksi permukaan.
12.Bongkar x-mastree.

Supervisor and the Superintendent is
responsible for supervising the rig up
activities.
VII. PROCEDURE
1. Ensure the work permit has been
made and approved by the
authority of the work site.
2. Make sure that the condition of
wells that will be worked has been
isolated from the production
pipeline.
3. Check and record tubing and
casing pressure (SITP and SICP)
4. Open ball valve and SCSSV
5. Bleed off casing and tubing
pressure to atmosphere
6. If the well is still under pressure,
check and
record well flow
pressure
7. Perform killing well
8. Observe well pressure for 15
minutes and make sure the well
are
not
in
under
pressure
condition
9. Bleed off pressure on the control
line to close SCSSV
10.Set BPV on tubing hanger
11.Nipple down wing valve and choke
body, install the blind flange on
the surface of the production
pipeline.
12.Nipple down x-mastree
13.Install test plug according to the
type of tubing hanger installed
14.Nipple up mud cross on top of the
wellhead.
15.Nipple up BOP stack on top of mud
cross, BOP installation is according

13.Pasang test plug sesuai dengan

tipe
tubing
hanger
yang
terpasang.
14.Pasang mud cross di atas
wellhead.
15.Pasang BOP stack di atas mud
cross,
BOP
dipasang
disesuaikan dengan kondisi
jarak antar sumur di platform
tersebut, jika jarak antar sumur
tidak memungkinkan untuk
dipasang BOP langsung di atas
mud cross, maka dipasang riser
sampai ke top deck.
16.Lakukan uji kerja dan uji
tekanan pada blind ram
17.Pasang
window
lengkap
dengan window basket di atas
rangkaian
BOP,
amankan
dengan guide line
18.Pasang tangga ke window
19.Pasang Unit Jack 340K lengkap
dengan basketnya di atas
Window dan amankan dengan
guide line
20.Pasang work basket lengkap
dengan tong arm di atas jack,
amankan dengan guide line.
21.Pasang tangga rig sampai ke
work basket
22.Pasang gin pole pada alasnya
dan ikatkan ke work basket
23.Pasang semua selang hidrolik
dari power pack ke system
hidrolik unit rig 340K
24.Nyalakan power pack dan
lakukan scope out teleskopik
gin pole
25.Pasang emergency escape line
26.Lakukan uji fungsi rig setelah
100% rig up selesai

16.Perform function test and pressure
test on blind ram.
17.Rig up window complete with
window basket above BOP, secure
with guidelines.
18.Install ladder to the window
19.Rig up Jack 340K Unit complete
with jack basket above window
and secure with guidelines.
20.Rig up the work basket complete
with tong arm above the jack and
secure with guidelines.
21.Install rig ladder up to work
basket.
22.Put gin pole at its base and tighten
to work basket.
23.Hook up all hydraulic hose of the
power pack to the rig 340K
hydraulic system
24.Start engine of the power pack
and scope out the gin pole
telescopic
25.Attach the emergency escape line
26.Perform function test rig after rig
up 100% completed

IX. PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

Normally, while all unit already on
platform, rig up process can be done
in 12 hours.
Due to rigging up from work barge or
lift boat will takes more time than
normal.

IX. INDIKATOR KINERJA

Pekerjaan rig up dengan kondisi
unit berada di atas platform
normalnya
dapat
diselesaikan
dalam waktu 12 jam.
Untuk kondisi rig up dari barge
atau
lift
boat,
waktu
yang
diperlukan akan lebih lama.
