This command is used to configure crossconnect for device, users can delete crossconnect by

Add timeslot 1 at E1 port 1 meanwhile create an interior crossconnect to SDH port 1 timeslot 1:

2.9.1 device clock local
[Function]
This command is used to configure internal device clock. no format command can delete clock
source.
[Command Format]
device clock local priority <1-5> [quality (prc|ssua|ssub|sets|dnu| received)]
no device clock local
[Parameter]
<1-5>: priority of clock;
(prc|ssua|ssub|sets|dnu|auto): clock quality grade. prc, reference clock comply with G.811; ssua,
SSU-A clock comply with G.812; ssub, SSU-B clock comply with G.812; sets, device clock
comply with G.813; dnu, can not used in synchronization; auto, scavenge automatically from
receiving signal.
[Default]
Synchronization disable by default when quality grade is not match.

This command is used to select DCC channel type.

(d1d2d3|e1channel): d1d2d3: use SDH overhead byte d1d2d3 to transmit network management
information;
e1channel: use e1 channel to transmit network management information.

E1 channel corresponding timeslot need to configure when use e1 channel to transmit network
