INTRODUCTION
Through this project I intended to establish a center that has the top products
and services, addressing for people with medium to high income and those who are
willing to pay more for quality service.

STILL CENTER
As in Sibiu the are no professional beauty salons with this requirements and
demands of modern and demanding clients, opening a beauty center, salon and
fitness in this city is the ideal solution for this market.
Because there is no alternative for satisfying this market demand, this project
will certainly be successful and may lead in the future to open a second center in
Sibiu.
Still center will be set up 100% with own funds, namely the contribution of five
investors ( share of 20%) and they will be also the employees of this center.
Still Lounge will be located in downtown Sibiu, in a rented space of 150 sqm and
will work "hairdressers and other beauty" - CAEN (Classification of Activities of
National Economy) 9302.
The center will use the latest equipment and products from professional brands,
brands such as: Guinot, Academie, Babor, Mary COHRE, OPI or Depileve.
Sill center will offer the following services: medical consultations, cosmetics,
manicure, pedicure, body treatments, slimming treatments, facials.
Sill center will have personalized services for each client and work with luxury
professional cosmetics, best equipment, medical supervision throughout therapy
and personal experience.

1.1. Project objectives

1.3. Estimate the time required for the project - 5 months (May 1 -1

1.4. Considering the objectives set, the estimated cost and time
required for the project decides its implementation.

Phase II Birth and development project


2.1. Detailing the objectives activities
1- The objective of founding the company
To open a business with the industry 'hairdressers and other beauty "- CAEN
(Classification of Activities of National Economy) 9302 we will need the registration
of the company and obtaining the necessary authorizations:
- The proof of share capital (opens a bank account supplied with minimum 200
RON),
- Proof of checking availability and booking company name (Trade Register)
- Certificates of fiscal record (is issued by the Public Finances)
- Copy of identity papers of associates,
- Statement given by associates of the future company, in showing that they are
matching the legal conditions for holding these qualities,
- Statement signed by the owner of office space, permits for operation as a
commercial space, approval of neighbors
- Contract office / workstation

- Sanitary authorization issued by the Department of Public Health (DSP). We
must make a request to be annexed to a report that contains technical data about
space: the surface, the destination rooms, etc. This authorization shall be issued
after assessment by an inspector space that verify compliance with hygiene
conditions and sanitation equipment used are authorized,
- Contract with a company authorized by D.S.P. for specialized procedures,
disinfection and disinfestation (DDD).

Conclusion of a lease
Because we want the salon to be located in the center of Sibiu, we turned a real
estate company in order to find an adequate our salon. The salon will be opened in
the center of Sibiu, specifically in the big Square and we forecast that the price for
rent / month is 3,000 euros and the agency has a fee of 50% from a month's rent.

Objective 3 Selection and contracting a firm to design the place

starting a market research to find out what company is qualified, specialized
and honors its work on time.

For contracting a company for space design, with the market research we will
start to see the firm who has qualified personnel and honors its work on time.After
several market researchs we will select the company that could be suitable for our
requirements. The company that will be chosen will not only achieve development
works but also the connection to utilities and installation of sanitary and doors.
Following the consultation of specialists we expect a price of 150 euro / sq.m ie 22
500 euros whole space, works made within 2 months.

Objective 4 Achieving spatial works;

Goal 5 Staff recruitment
For recruiting the personal we will post job ads on specialized sites and in
newspapers. We need the following positions: beautician (1 person), doctor (1
person), fitness instructor (1 person), manicurist (2 persons), masseur (2 persons),
secretary (1 person) and a service women. After receiving CVs, sort them and the
manager After receiving resumes, salon manager will sort them and after this
phase follows the preliminary interview with people who will have the chance to
come to an interview.
Objective 6 Contracting providing equipment, furniture and cosmetics
Activity:
Ending a contract with the supplier of equipment
Because we want to open the center, beauty and fitness products and services
have top, addressing people with average to high income, we choose suppliers of
equipment, furniture and cosmetics to be Top Line Company. Top Line is a successful
company with a market prestige beauty salons. Through its equipment room will be
equipped with the latest and suitable furniture.

Objective 8 Promoting the salon
Still Salon will be promoted through the following activities:
Create an advertisement that will be on air before and after opening the
subsidiary in Sibiu on local radio and television (cost 1000 Euro);
placement of banners and posters and distributing leaflets (before the opening
of the center) and event related services offered by the salon (cost 500 Euro);
sponsoring international theater festival in Sibiu 2015 edition (cost 500 Euro);

This requires renting a commercial space in a central point of the town- that
Great Square and renting this space will attract a cost of 3000 Euro per month. The
total of the salon equipment and furniture at a cost of 30,605 Euro, as they are
purchased from Top Line center, is quality.
The official opening day of the salon (1 September 2015) will be held an event in
which companies will be invited Manger Top Line, he will talk about the quality of
products and their benefits. All the investitors they will cut a symbolic ribbon and
afterwards guests will enjoy a glass of champagne and some finger-food products.

2.4. Roles and Responsibilities


To establish Still Salon Sibiu, the team that will handle the creation and
implementation project consists of 5 investors as follows:
- Doina Petrescu - assistant project manager (beautician)
- Macrea Gabriela - chartered accountant (accountant)
- Badica Cristina - project manager (salon manager)
- Chirca Dorian - cosmetics consultant (doctor)

- Stoican Raluca - sales consultant (fitness instructor)
Project Manager - Badica Cristina has the following responsibilities:

oversees the project;


coordinates the activities of other members of the project team;
ensure rational and efficient use of available resources.

facilitates communication between the project manager and the rest of

III Maturity Stage


At the moment we are in the first week of May, more specifically in the last week
of the works to this area. In this last week of activity number 4 we have to do the
following activities: painting and putting washroom floors, tiles, sinks and toilets.
Until the goal number 4 I realized the following activities: establishment of the
company, choosing a real estate firms in order to find an adequate our salon,
signing a lease, starting a market research firm has to find qualified staff,
specialized and honors their work on time, the selection of companies from Sibiu
market that could be suitable for our requirements, offering study space planning
and choosing the company for rent
All work needed for founding the company were met and it was the default cost
77 euro. This activity was performed during 4 weeks, from 1 February to 31
February.

For closure of the space I used a real estate company "Mara estate" because it
was easier, and I saved time. This company found us a space of 150 sqm in Piata
Mare, with a rent of 2800 euro / month, so we expected the price was slightly
higher. Real Mara received the sum of 1400 euros because they found adequate
space for our new salon.
To find a suitable company to rent space planning it took 2 weeks (3 rd March
-17TH march) we managed to do a market research in order to choose a company
that meets our requirements.
The company was named "Adi Construct" with who I closed a contract for 2
months (10th March to 10th April), for the following activities: electrical wiring
connection, heating, plumbing and boiler (first two weeks); casting dig and divided
salons (third and fourth week); and in recent weeks will take place finishes
(straightening walls, installing tiles, flooring, sanitary ware and doors). The contract
was closed for 2 months because the company had only three employees available,
so the period of the work was longer. Cost arrangement is 150 euro / sqm, it
includes the necessary materials (mortar, plaster, cement, tiles, flooring, washable,
etc.), central heating radiators (10 pcs), sanitary (sinks, toilets ) and 6 door.
So far, we have managed to shut Goal 5 (recruitment March 3rd to April 14th)
with activities, posting job ads on specialized sites and in newspapers, screening
CVs and preliminary interview with the persons who will perform The specifications,
tests and work samples and choosing the right employees. Objective 6 was also met
up at the moment (contracting provider equipment, furniture and cosmetics usher
(7- 14 April) with the activity related to both fits into the budget and were done in
time period.
After 9th of May , when the space will be complete we will achieve the following
activities:
- Acquisition, installation equipment and furniture from the company Top Line,
which will last three weeks, more specifically 10 to 31 May;
- Promoting the salon through advertisements, banners, posters, flyers, will be
delivered between 3rd of May to 31st May, for a period of four weeks;
- Organizing the opening event of the salon
- Contracting firm catering
- The last activity, the weak opening of the salon, beauty and fitness will be
made on 1st June. We will have invited Manger of the company Top Line (our supplier
appliances, cosmetics and furniture), we'll be talking about this quality products and
benefit for them.

Phase IV Project completion


Before the official opening day of the salon, 31 st May, will be a meeting with all
partners (in total 5) to present the final project. The analysis will be conducted by
the project manager, indicates that all targets will be done and downstream
activities, all performed in the corresponding time period. The expert conducted the

final accounting of the total cost of the salon Still, so opening the salon was needed
amount of 60 515 euro (200 euro difference when compared with the estimated
60,715 new euro).
Also on the same day the program was establish, to explain aspects of
occupational safety and how you should certainly use the latest devices.
1st June , the official opening day of the salon Still will be a success, we expect
over 45 people as guests.
Thus we can say that the project of setting up a salon slimming, beauty and
fitness - Still Center will be conform plan, all objectives will be achieved, 5 months
will be enough work .
