under the SM Group of Companies. Answer the questions legibly and submit to the
Training & Devt. department as soon as accomplished. Thank you.
1. What did you like most about your Practicum Training Program? What did you
like the least about your experience with the Company? (if any)
It was privilege for me to be part of your Practicum training program of SM
Development Corporation. The most important thing that Ive learned is how
to communicate well to an applicant how to conduct simple interview and
conducting exams. For those activities and events I think it will help me to
improved my skills and enhance my knowledge and for that I can say that I
am ready to face the world of industry.
2. Describe any obstacle/s you had to deal with in carrying out your practicum
training.
I enjoyed my practicum training in SM Development Corporation under
Sourcing Team. I was nervous when I first conduct an examination to an
applicant but as the time goes by I learn how to handle things well.
3. Do you feel that you made a unique contribution to the organization through
your practicum activities? If so, how? If not, why?
Yes, I know for a fact that the contribution that I made is not so big, but
during my stay on your company I able to finish some jobs that my boss gave
to me and I finished it on time. Whenever they called us to conduct an exam
we are the one who is handling it and also checking the exams for them. And
also going to Job fair events like in St. Paul, Miriam College and Far Eastern
University I was able to help my bosses Sir Jack and Ms. Glair.

4. What do you think are the areas for improvement to further strengthen the
existing Practicum Training Program of SM?
Im Satisfied on the Practicum Training Program of SM Development
Corporation. But I think they should issue an ID for Interns.
5. Would you recommend this Company to others for their practicum training?
Why or why not?
Yes Definitely I will recommend SM Development Corporation to take their
Practicum training. Because SMDC is not only a prestigious company but it
also has a capacity to give a necessary knowledge and skills to an intern. If I
will start my journey as an employee I would like to start on SM Development
Corporation because they gave me the right knowledge and skill that I need
to experience during my stay.
