charge. Once prerequisites have been confirmed, technician will receive access to the course.

Instructor Led Training (ILT) for service repair authorization.
This online Web-Based service training course is a 3 part
presentation. All 3 parts are required to be completed prior to
attending the ILT class. See note (2) on this bulletin for further

is passed. Both can be viewed from the technicians My Training page on the learning center.
