We are the investor of BACH DANG HOTEL COMPLEX PROJECT which is
built at a prime location in the center of DANANG City, VIETNAM with the
construction area of 7,000 m2, the total investment up to 700 billion VND, being
consulted, designed and constructed by reputable domestic and international
contractors.
The Bach Dang Hotel Complex Project includes:

Five-Star Hotel Tower consists of 29 floors with 221 rooms for

accommodation services, will be managed and operated by HILTON
WORLDWIDE GROUP.

High Class Apartment & Office Tower consists of 25 floors with 98 luxury
apartments and a total floor area of 5,000m2 for office-renting business.

Commercial & Entertainment Center has the total area of 12,000m2, is

considered to be one of the most convenient locations for domestic and
international companies to conduct promotional activities, business of
products and services.

In addition, there are 2 basements with a capacity of 200 seats for cars and
400 seats for motorcycles.

According to the current schedule, Bach Dang Hotel Complex is expected to be

completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2016.
