As a Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring Engineer

Involved in helping to assess risk, project cost control, estimation, forecasting,

Major responsibilities include
Planning & monitoring of 613200 fabrication inch dia and 243000 erection inch
(CS & SS), 7000 MT of steel structure fabrication & erection, vessels installation,
Pumps, drums installation, 37Km of cable laying and other E&I activities .
Preparing engineering plans, drawings, specifications and cost estimates. Responsible
for analyzing the original status of the project and to find the CPM (critical path method).

Operation & Maintenance Planning Engineer
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the powerhouse. Duties included the
operation of the four 360 Ton (25 Kg/cm2) boilers to supply steam to drive the Qingdao
turbine generator (38 MW). Performed light, electrical/mechanical maintenance tasks.
I was also responsible for overseeing the boiler hydrostatic testing after any boiler repair
and overseeing the repairs as they took place.
Responsible for operating the control board, maintaining desired load conditions, taking
readings, keeping daily operational logs, and assisting the shift supervisor in the boiler.
Planned annual maintenance activities of Boilers, steam turbines, feed pumps system,
feed water storage vessels and de-aration vessels.
Proposed and installed 1 Heat Exchanger in Boiler Feed Water Circuit to recover
process condensate heat.

Turbine/Generator and auxiliary related equipment.
