Quality checking of Segments before & after Ring builds as per Method of statement.

Close monitoring Ring build process.

Crack measurements on segments using Eco meter & German lens instrument.
Wet crack repairing on segments.
Cutter head Interventions (Close intervention/ open intervention).
Confinement works for TBM breakthrough.
Pilling & Tam grouting as per detailed design drawing & method of statement.
Executed start from Break in to Break out of TBM.
Cross-passages execution.
1st stage invert concreting.
Segment production at casting yard.
Various tests as: Grout tests, Concrete tests, Polymer test, Slump test etc.
Ensure quality & safety works at site as per the design & requirement by coordinating with client & contractor.

Preparation of R.A Part Bills for Client, Sub Contractor Bill and Labor Bills.

Tunnel & Road alignment fixing on Contour.
Longitudinal Sections of Tunnels.
Architectural Plans, Cross Sections with detailing drawings of Tunnel in Auto Cad.
Specification & Construction methodology of Tunnels.
Ventilation, Blast valve & Blast Door drawings in Auto Cad.
At the Site EARTHERN BUND RESERVOIR.

Cut off trench execution.
Toe drain execution.
Hearting & Casing zone execution.
Prepared drawings of Cross Sections and Longitudinal sections for earthen bund using Auto Cad.
Quantity calculation of Earth Work Embankment in Cut off trench, Hearting and casing Zone.
