The ACD10 compressed air dryer

offers efficient drying performance
in an ultra-compact cabinet. The
12 (305mm) x 12 x 6 (305mm
x 150mm) dryer cabinet fits easily
into the tightest spaces, and for
added flexibility, it can be
mounted on the floor or directly to
a hopper. The dryer is so effective,
it can reduce the incoming
compressed air source dew-point
by up to 50F (10C) to as low as
10F (-25C); -40F (-40C) with
the optional membrane dryer).

full performance. The standard
model reduces dewpoint of
compressed air supply by 50F
(10C), and can achieve a
dewpoint of 0F (-18C) or as low

The AD Series dryers are quality

engineered to provide optimum
drying performance under the most
demanding conditions. The dualbed, closed-process loop design
incorporates many innovative
features that consistently provide 40F (-40C) dewpoint in high
humidity environments. Machine
and Floor mount styles available.

The closed-loop system dries and

reheats the air stream with temperature
ranges up to 400F (205C). The
WD Series is available with an offthe-shelf PID controller, control
enclosure, Process and Regeneration
air filters and an LED readout of set
point and process temperatures.

HiCoreTM, (heater-in-core) desiccant

systems from AEC features heating
elements inside the hollow-core of
the desiccant tanks. The unique
design improves thermal efficiency,
lowering energy costs by 10-15%
and reducing regeneration time to
less than one hour.
