2. What are the impacts of the lack training?


a. Low Production
The rate of production is low when employee dont know enough to perform their
confidently. Unskilled employees could spend considerable time seeking help to
perform their jobs or they could perform tasks to their understanding, to the
detriment of the work process. This could lead to error and injury. Mr Azmi Ali ,
Supervision and senior staff have more experienced must also spend time
monitoring unskilled workers, which detracts from their work and increases the
amount of time necessary to complete production.
b. Unsafe Work Environment
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration that untrained workers are more
susceptible to injuries. This happens when workers lack the knowledge and skills
required to use equipment and supplies safety. The problem could be fatal in work
environment that contain machinery and hazardous. In the Ideal Door, Machinists,
engineers and assemblers not enough basic training their do the job. In situation
the fresh graduation hire at Ideal Door, their did have knowledge and skill in the real
situation and did know how the process of the job, and involve in the job make
decision without training this can attraction unsafe work environment.

c. Increased Expenses
Ideal Door that does no trains its staff can expect an increase in miscellaneous

and these situations repeat again company can loss the customer and bad name
company.
e. Communication
Staff members that show a lack of respect for each other create breaks in company
communication. Employee that does not respect each other will not find it
necessary to exchange important information in an attempt to put each other
behind on company updates. The problem is that this prevents information to
getting to other employees and starts to affect company-wide communication. At
ideal Door, the new person is trained as well as possible by other employees who
have filled in occasionally on the jobs in the past , this situations make miss
communication around employee because , other person not same they make job.
The new person have creative idea to finishes the job and they not acceptable the
old employees with experience on the job and can be lack respect for each other.

3. How the training can improve the companys and employees performance?

a. Help in addressing employee weaknesses


Most works have certain weaknesses in their workplace, which hinder them from
giving the best services. Training assists in eliminating these weaknesses, by
strengthening workers skills. A well organized development program helps
employees gain similar and knowledge, thus bringing them all to higher uniform
level. This simply means that the whole workforce is reliable, so the company or
