Objective of retreat;
. Participants will slow down for the day
. Understand Lexio Divina as a way to approach the bible
. Time for individual reflection
. Time for group sharing
. Time for some journal writing

Structure of Day:

1. Welcome and introduction to the day Review what will happen

there will be 10 minutes for individual reflection and journal

volunteers to share their meditations which may be prepared
in advance - sharings should last no more than three or four
