Position Details

Interactive retail is how Papa Fudge describes his nutty concept but what that really means is FUN.
More than anything else that has been the secret ingredient in his recipe for success; that and a first
rate fudge. That commitment to quality continues as the company he founded added caramel apples
ice cream and milk shakes to an already successful mix. As well as expanding to 26 stores in
various locations throughout the United States.
The Salespeople are the face of The Fudgery! They use their outstanding personalities and
welcoming smile to draw customers in and make them want to come back. You will be responsible
for selling fudge; ice cream and other Fudgery products. You will work as a team to keep the store
stocked and clean.
You will also be part of the entertainment our customers enjoy when they come into our shops!
Some of the entertainment you can expect to participate in is singing songs; dancing, answering
questions and above all smiling and making sure the customers are having as much fun as you are.
This position is what sets The Fudgery apart from other retail and candy shops.
You are constantly interacting and engaging with the customers so an excellent English level is
required. You do not have to have a good singing voice or be good at dancing, but need to feel
comfortable singing and dancing sometimes; If you have a good singing voice or are a good dancer
this is a plus, but above all the desire to entertain and be a part of a team that really stands out;
smiles and has fun! This job is like no other job you can experience. Where else can you sing,
dance, laugh, smile AND sell fudge?

Second jobs are possible in the area, but must not interfer with your schedule at The Fudgery. You must schedule a second job
around your primary job at The Fudgery. Set schedules are not guaranteed.
Second jobs must be approved by Intrax before you can begin working at another employer.
Required Duties:

Must have an outgoing personality and willing to occasionally sing and dance while you work!

Must have a great smile and be willing to share it with our customers!
Must enjoy being the center of attention!

The Fudgery provides work shirts for all employees. Students must provide khaki trousers and tennis shoes to complete their uniform.

Description:
Students will be living in either a condo or house (depending on which location they are hired for). Both housing options are owned by
The Fudgery and are used solely for employee housing.
Employees will live in a house owned by the employer. There will be 2-3 students per room and the house will be mixed with males
and females. The housing is within walking distance of your work; as well as a grocery store; bank and entertainment options.
A full kitchen; internet and laundry are available onsite. Students need to bring their own linens.

Housing will cost $95-100 per week.
There is a $500 deposit that will be returned if the participant stays for the entirety of their contract.
You do not need to pay the $500 housing deposit at the time you move in. If you chose, you can have $100 taken out of each of your

Your housing deposit will be returned to you when you move out, provided you complete your work offer, do not quit your job early
and do not cause damage to the house.
