May is MAYTAG Month!!

Throughout the month of May
we are blessing the folks
around us by wearing
nametags. When you come
into church grab a nametag,
write your name on it and slap it on your chest. Then,
take every chance you can get to call everyone by their
first name!

ESL CLASSES HAVE

BEGUN!
Know anyone interested in
learning English or polishing
up their skills?
Pastor Dimas is leading a
class here at Memorial which meets in the Loomis Center
Tuesdays from 7:00 pm 8:00 pm. It is anticipated this
will run three-four months.

donors (6 additional ones were
deferred). Even had some new
faces yay!!
Have a great summer and mark
your calendars for August 4th when well do it all over
again to help folks whose lives depend on your generosity.

Weve all seen the headlines about the devastating effects

of the initial 7.8 magnitude earthquake and subsequent
quakes that have killed over 8,000 people and destroyed
some 90% of all buildings, including homes, schools and
hospitals. You may not get to go to help but through the
LCMS disaster response team, you can add to their
$235,000 response by going to lcms.org/give/earthquake.
