Introduction
Todays life gets in the living and people become so busy that they have no time
to think about what they truly want or need. Through the ages, humans have always lived
busy lives. Those lives have been filled with heartaches, joy, pain, happiness, sadness,
and a whole host of other emotions. There have been triumphs and failures, reasons to
laugh and reasons to cry. Perhaps in the past, human beings paid more attention to the
truly important things in life rather than being so busy that they couldn't take the time for
their daily needs.
Another important factor is inflation that causes barriers in individuals life to
fulfill their daily needs. Inflation hurts our standard of living because we have to pay
more and more for the same goods and services. If our income doesn't increase at the
same rate as inflation, we will find our standard of living declining even though we are
making more. Also, inflation doesn't impact everything equally, so that some things can
double while other things may lose value. For this reason, it makes financial planning
more difficult.
To overcome these issues we have started a business Snap Solutions. Snap
Solutions will provide personal services to customers at door step. Personal services
include all those services which you need in your daily routine. Life gets too busy and
people dont find time for their daily needs but snap solution will solve your problem at
reasonable prices.
Snap Solutions is a start-up enterprise to be established in Sargodha providing
value-adding services to the customers at door step. The business provides a new door-todoor billing, groceries, forms, home health, services in city that will surely attract
customer attention. Working customers may find this service is convenient for them and
want to try it. If they are satisfied with the service quality they will likely become repeat
customers.
In today's society, it seems that people are always on the cell phone, sending a text
message, or perhaps en e-mail or instant message on the computer. You can approach

Home cleaning service

Customers can choose payment either at the time of each delivery, or by monthly
credit card billing. At the end of each month we will send statements to each contract
customer, itemizing service fees and the charge for the service to their credit cards for
payment. The company will provide any kind of forms, groceries, billing and home health
services offered with regular home pick-up and delivery services. However, we will need,
bikes, bicycles and customer service trained drivers.
Establishment of the Snap Solution will provide an ease to the people for their needs.
Capital will be provided by five partners and rest of the amount will take from bank. We
will use extensive employee in our business for providing services at right at right place.
Business is shared by five partners. Loss and profit will be equally shared among
partners. Employee will hire on daily wages and commission at specific percentage.
Customers can contact us through phone calls. We will offer phone numbers to allow
customers to call us. This is especially true for personal help. We do not want to rely on
emails. Live help can also be useful. We will provide specific dress code to our employee
which will be our special identity of our business. Dress codes are most often

sender, receiver or a 3rd Party. This policy include customers time saving we will collect
bills from houses and pay it and then will return at houses. Same as if customers needs
any kind of forms, application forms, registrations forms we will collect from the place
and provide them.
It seems as though customer support is an offensive subject at some businesses. Some
businesses become so big that they forget the basics and start to dictate terms to the
people that got them where they are today. Being treated like a number is one thing, but
when people start to treat you as though youre keeping them from enjoying their day its
time to take your money elsewhere. A company that has good customer service and
technical support generally has a really good name amongst the public. Friends and
family can be trusted and they can help you when you are looking for a reliable business
to deal with. Snap solutions will maintain a goad customer relationship. Our employees

Although there are many indirect competitors to snap solutions, but there are none
in city that offer such a broad range of services. Courier services have existed for many
years, but other services businesses have been slow in their response to customer need. In
Pakistan these personal services are mostly performed by individuals itself. We dont

our special personal services. These are special services that every individual need in his

Although there are lots of competitors for cleaning services, we are the only
company to go after the upper socio/economic class exclusively. Demand for an upperend cleaning service will allow us to have steady growth.
Snap solutions will be focusing on two upper socio/economic groups. The first is
the affluent where only one spouse works. Although the other spouse is at home and has
time to clean, he/she chooses not to or to buy the grocery etc but they have no desire to
clean the house. To them that is not enjoyable and they have the money to pay someone
to do that kind of work. This market has annual incomes over Rs.7400000 and lives in
expensive houses this group reliably use our services.
Our third segment of the market that we are targeting is the two income
family. Over the last couple of decades, the numbers of two-income households have
increased, to a point where in parts of the country they exceed one income families. Our
target customer is two income families whose combined annual income is over
Rs.8750000. These families don't really have the time to clean, can afford a cleaning
service, and choose to hire a service because the opportunity costs are too high to waste
time cleaning their house. Apart from this they dont have that much time to go for
paying electricity, water, medical or any type of bills, or purchasing grocery, and to take

admission forms of their children from their universities, Colleges or schools. These
households are typically age 32-55 and live in houses valued over Rs.1050000. It is
segment which has tremendous potential for us. Nearly 80% of dual income households
use an outside cleaning, grocery, health, billing etc. service.

"well-off" households. These are families that have the money for our services that do not
fit neatly into the two previous categories.

contest and would give premium to our customers.
