ABSTRACT

All student of Diploma in Civil Engineering are required to undergo an

industrial training for 8 weeks as part of their course subject to complete
their 3 years for the Diploma of Civil Engineering. The attachment will be
during the 4th semester of their study. During the 8 weeks period of
training, students will be supervised and monitored their training by
supervisors of the company.

For my industrial training, I did at Jabatan Kerja Raya Kerian which

situated at Parit Buntar, Perak. It is an Engineering Government company
in civil and structure. This company has been established since

I was assigned to this company which my supervisor is. For the first month

First and foremost I would like to express my thanks to Allah S.W.T

because of His love and strength that He has given to me to finish this
logbook as my internship report and I am grateful to Allah who gives me
sound mind and sound health to accomplish this internship. Its a
successful one I had to take the help and guideline of some respected
persons. Firstly I would like to thanks to my parents whos had give me
moral support during all time of my time internship whether when I up or
down.

I would like to thank to my lecturer who is industrial training coordinator,

Sir Khatif for the valuable guidance and advice from the beginning to the
end of the internship. He inspired us greatly to work, commit in this
internship session. Besides, I would like to thank the authority of Universiti
Teknologi MARA (UiTM) for providing us complete our internship with our
own selected company and let us complete this internship within 2 month
which is during our semester break.

In addition, I would like to thank to my classmate because of the

availability from all of them when I have question on some topics and they
willing to help me by shared their opinion other encourage me to use all
types of sources to get information although we only have conversations
by using social network.

As the most important person, I would like to appreciate to Ir. Andy Surin
A/L as my internship supervisor in this company which he is the person
that in charge in order to evaluate my assessment and performance
related in working industry other giving me chance and opportunity to
work in this organization in order to complete my internship session within
2 months until its been done completely.

Lastly, I would like to thanks to all staff in this company as they willing to
help me when I have problem and teach me new knowledge even though
they are busy with their work. I am glad and thankful because I can
