Tom Sheffrey brings more than 30 years of project
experience as project manager, scheduler, cost engineer,
and quality management. He has demonstrated the ability
to successfully manage completion of fast-track projects

Principal Role: Development of processes to effectively schedule drilling rigs without losing rig
time due to scheduling errors; develop procedures to increase productivity in daily operations.

Achievements:
Have sustained six months of zero-days delay of drilling rigs. Typically the rigs cost
$200,000 per day if delayed so this is a significant achievement
Work with well tie-in engineers to reduce POP (put on production) times

completion of tasks that needed to be performed
QA/QC Manager
Principal Role: Implement ISO 9001:2008 processes and procedures to increase process control
efficiencies in the highest quality manner; while (1) maintaining satisfaction of our clients and
their stakeholders/customers, (2) continuing to strengthen ICRCs presence and reputation, and
(3) maintain profitability and highest professional standards to promote long-term financial

Achievements:
Wrote user manual for Contract Manager, a Primavera product, to ensure compliance and
consistency of operations
Maintain Port of Anchorage Expansion Program (the largest construction project in the State
of Alaska) schedule to enhance efficiencies in quality and productivity. Assist a novice
Project Manager in PMI processes and procedures to enhance reliability of the project
Mapped processes to clarify responsibilities of planners, schedulers, cost engineers, and cost
estimators. Use Project Management experience to explain how it needs to be done to the
rest of the project team
Integrated and managed the progress of 14 projects through monthly progress reports

During 15 months as a member of the Integrated Activity Plan team charged with saving BP
