ABOUT THE INSTITUTION:

Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College
established in the year 1994 by SNR Sons
Charitable Trust has grown into an eminent
Institution in Tamilnadu. The College has been
awarded Autonomous Status for all UG and PG
courses by UGC from 2007.The college campus
has an admirable infrastructure with all state of
art facilities and well-equipped laboratories. The
college has signed MoU with various major
corporate as an initiative towards industry
institution interaction.
The College has signed MoUs with South
Dakota School of Mines and Technological
University and Rutgers, State University of New
Jersey, USA, Kyungpook National University,
South Korea. It has also signed MoUs with
leading
corporates
like
Infosys, Wipro,
Keane, IBM, Novell Onward Technologies,
Robert Bosch, CTS, Suguna Industries

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
The Electronics and Communication
Engineering department is well equipped with
new Hardware and Software laboratories
(AICTE Funded).The department is accredited
by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and
it
has
organized
many
Faculty
FDP/Workshop//Conference and Short term
training programmes sponsored by AICTE,
DRDO,DST,CSIR and Anna University,
Chennai. The department is recognized as a
research center with all computing facilities
State-of-the-art Laboratories, and efficient
teaching faculty with well stacked department
Library.
