working in a Bank as the Senior Portfolio.

Hello dear readers of Discovery Health, I am Mileidy from
Colombia and I want to tell you about my health habits each
day as well as my practice of my favorite sports: athletics. All
my life since my childhood I liked this sport because I enjoy a
lot, helps me stay fit and live full health, free from stress and
other diseases affecting those who are sedentary.
I start getting up early in the morning at 5:30 am, I breakfast
one or two toasts with yogurt to get enough carbohydrates in
my body, and then address the sports field to start my routine
with athleticism. In my village there is a place called The
Olympic Village, where many people practice and enjoy
different sports; I also take energy drink to rehydrate my body
and I practice Athletics 3 times a week for an hour.
Then I return to my house to take a shower and get ready for
work in the bank at 8:00 o'clock. My work is sometimes very
stressful and so I took some fruit or cookies to be good

energies as lunchtime arrives. I do not usually have soup for


lunch, I prefer to just eat a plate with rice, meat or chicken, a
small portion of something like beans, lentils or chickpeas,
salad and fresh juice. I do not like soda that are high in
calories.
During the evening are almost the same activities in my work
and in the morning; finally I leave the bank at 6:00 o'clock in
the afternoon and I take a few minutes to shop, visit my
parents and then go home to rest, take a soft dinner with corn
bread with cheese, mortadella and natural juice. Then I watch
some television while developing my college work. After all
this I sleep. Actually is very important to have all days good
health habits to get a better life, to be far away diseases and
to have the best possible fitness.
