Inglish guion:

Hello my name is Jons Ortills and I a forestall vocational training student.

I talk you about mi environmental proyect, I can build a green filter and
make a reforestation.
Why?
Because there are a lot of benefits as :
-Stabilized slopes:
Normally occur in areas where trees have been felled. Floods and mudslide
occur and claim thousands of lives (for example Haiti after the hurricane).
Planting trees in slopes is a surefire way of stabilizing slopes in areas that
are prone to flooding and mudslides.
-Water holding areas:
Trees and woodlands also act as water reservoirs as they prevent the
occurrence of flash floods. They keep water in ponds and streams which is
used when water is scarce.
-Habitat:
Planting forests also create biological habitats that allow wildlife.
Reforestation also helps restore certain forest species that almost face
extinction.Planting trees is essential in dry areas to attract rainfall.
-Reforestation also provides many job opportunities to people who lack the
skills needed in other sectors. Planting trees can therefore generate
employment, especially to the local people. Besides planting trees,
woodlands store carbon and prevent global warming.
-Environmental Benefits:
Trees, through the process of photosynthesis, help to "filter out" the carbon
pollution in our air by absorbing carbon gases from the air and creating
oxygen.
Green filter, what is a green filter?
A green filter is an artificial lake with vegetation, which is responsible for
water purification.
Where I make my proyect?
In a town called Botorrita.
This village is twenty kilometers from Zaragoza along the road A-23.
It has a population of four hundred inhabitants.

Its inhabitants live from work in industry and agriculture.

Is located three hundred meters above sea level.

-Limiting factors proyect:

T he main feature of this place is its extreme climatology.
There are no forests due to logging of these.
The people prefer farmland to forests.
The local council does not have economic resources for the project.
-Climatology :
In summer can exceed thirty-seven degrees while in winter can make seven
degrees below zero.
The Cierzo is the local wind which blows around two hundred days a year.
Only rains three hundred liters per square meter per year.
-Deforestation:
For centuries men have cleared forests for wood utilization.
The wood was used for firewood, for shipbuilding or construction of houses.
The most responsible for deforestation were Celtiberos which were built a
great city here.
-Farmland VS. Forest:
The forest provides no economic wealth.
The forest provides environmental benefits.
Agriculture is the way of life for many families in the village.
European policies will give money for agriculture but not for forests.
-Economics problems:
Currently Spain is experiencing an economic crisis and so it is investing less
public money on the environment.
This is a serious problem because in a few years the damage may be
irreparable.
The environment is not a business, it is something essential to life on earth.

-Positive aspect of the proyect:

If the population works in the project, this place will be valued and
preserved.
When trees grow may declare the place as Natural Park.
With little money and some work can be planted many trees.
It would be something new in the region so it would call the attention of the
people from other places.
-Where do we start to work?
First, we study the project.
Second, we present the project to know what people think about him and
also if anyone is interested in working with us.
Third, when we know our real possibilities, we decided we can do.
Fourth, buy the materials and tools needed for jobs.
Fifth, do a meeting with other people involved in the project to coordinate
the works.
-In the future when everyone enjoy these forests, our work will be amply
rewarded.
And this is all, thank you very much.

The end.
