Wave Rib Duct

TM

The ARNCO patented Wave Rib

design produces a coefficient of
friction lower than any previous
design. The reduced surface contact
between the cable sheath and conduit wall means that longer lengths
of cable can be placed. In addition,
the ducts high tensile strength
allows the pulling-in of longer
lengths of innerduct into a main
conduit. When used with ARNCOs
air-assisted cable-blowing equipment, Wave Rib Duct provides the
fastest, easiest and least expensive
method of placing cable.

Fiber-Guard /MD
Mini Duct Pack

ARNCO's Fiber-Guard/MD is packaged in either jacketed groups or

pre-installed in various duct sizes
to meet the packing requirements
for the route design. The packs can
be direct buried or pulled into
existing conduits. Placing the Mini
Duct Pack reduces the overall
installation cost and provides the
flexibility to increase services as
demand develops.

Fiber-Guard /MD

ARNCOs Fiber-Guard/MD is
designed for installation into new
or existing conduit to maximize
conduit capacity. Mini ducts are
used to subdivide 3/4 through
2 conduits, facilitating future
installation of additional micro
cables. The Fiber-Guard/MD
System reduces last mile costs
while optimizing system flexibility
for future fiber installations.
